Dear Pascual, We are really sorry for all of the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. As we try to explain it to you while you were here, our hotel sent you every information about the late check-in in advance, and you received the information how you can have access to your room and pick up your room key from the locker which is right in front of the reception door. Second of all we sent an e-mail to you on Sunday about what time will you arrive and we did not get any respond, that is why we could send the information with the instructions only one hour before 8 pm. The opening hours of the reception can be seen on every website where you can book a room in our facility. We are sorry that you did not know about this important detail. As far as I am concerned our hotel staff did everything from their power to contact with you somehow and prepare you for the late check in. We still do not know the reason why the phone service did not work that night and could not reach one of our staff member who is available via phone from 8pm until 8 am. We are apologizing for that. We always send out an email for our guests who arrive later than our opening hours, for the self-check-in process, in which they receive codes and all the information necessary for the rooms we assigned them when they made the reservation. It was a mistake on our part, due to the technical issue in your original room we changed the reservation to the room they received codes for, which was originally assigned to them.
