Todo bien, pero la limpieza es pésima.
Esta muy bien ubicado y los departamentos son buenos. Sin embargo, la limpieza es pésima. Habían restos de comida bajo la cama, baño sucio, nunca , durante los 3 días de estadía fueron a limpiar. Todo lo otro perfecto, personal amable, buena ubicación, etc, pero la limpieza es muy muy mala.

La mejor elección
Tienen una excelente comunicación, queda todo cerca, está muy bien equipado con lo imprescindible, la cama es muy cómoda. Nos dejaron café, tés variados y azúcar. Hacia bastante frío y la calefacción tiraba muy bien. Es muy independiente y está lleno de bares cerca y súper en la esquina.

Wow! De verdad que es la mejor opción para quedarse en Budapest. Todo te queda súper cerca y es súper hermosa la zona. Definitivamente volveré!!

Increíble
El mejor alojamiento de la ciudad, súper céntrico y a un precio bajísimo. Pensaba que llegaría a un apartamento pero es más como un hotel ya que hay una recepción 24/7 y te hacen la habitación todas las mañanas si así lo deseas. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cuenta con baño privado y si deseas hacerte algo de comer hay una cocina compartida en el pasillo. Muy buena experiencia

El apartamento dista mucho de ser lo que se ve en las fotos, aunque sigue siendo muy amplio y bonito. La situación es excelente.

Fuimos mi pareja y yo. Nuestro apartamento, el 206 era inmenso. Desconocemos si en época de más demanda y flujo de turistas se divide el apartamento, pero al menos había camas para 8-10 personas. Era como una casa ya que disponía de WC, ducha, comedor y cocina, habitaciones e incluso una sala de estar.

Segun llegamos nos atendieron estupendamente . Llegamos 4 horas antes del cheking y nos dejaron subir a la habiatacion igualmente. Ibamos con un bebé y nos dejaron una cuna ....estabamos en el centro . Lo que nos permitió ir andando a cualquier sitio. Simplemente perfecto

Estancia perfecta en el centro.
Un apartamento muy bonito y bien situado. El único pero, no para nosotros, es que las escaleras para subir a la cama son algo difíciles. Buena temperatura, colchón cómodo y baño limpio. Repetiriamos sin dudar

Hotel céntrico y bien comunicado con todo.
Hotel muy céntrico y con parada de metro y autobús a la puerta, así como tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Necesita una buena reforma pero la habitación amplia y silenciosa, wifi gratis, con cocina que incluye café, té y una botella de champán de bienvenida. El autobús del aeropuerto está a 5 minutos, en Astoria.

Si bien el edificio donde se encuentra no está en el mejor estado luego las habitaciones están muy bien arregladas y cómodas. El personal es amable y la ubicación excelente para moverse a pie.

Excelente y recomendable.
Estuvo muy bien el departamento, aunque fue un poco raro que no fuera nadie a hacer la cama la primera noche, la segunda la alía así que no supe si era parte de la dinámica. Está muy bien ubicado, excelente servicio, es un hotel que tiene para todos los gustos algo. Seguramente volveré y ya lo he recomendado.

El check in fue muy rápido y Nicollo que nos atendió fue muy amable, además los ayudó con una llamada a nuestro hotel a Pissa. El hotel muy bien ubicado, en el mismo centro de todo. Buena habitación. Desayuno cumplidor, pero la cafetería pequeña y se llena rápido

Maverick Apartments are great, in a nice old building with tall ceilings There's a Lidl just outside which is convenient for last minute groceries Everything can be done on foot, else there's a Metro station just outside the building as well Friendly and helpful staff, a must stay in Budapest!

Μείναμε ένα βράδυ οικογένεια με τρία παιδιά. Ο χώρος ήταν εξαιρετικός, καθαρός και άνετος. Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης και η μετακίνηση μας ήταν με τα πόδια αφού μείναμε ένα βράδυ μόνο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θεωρώ πως θα το επιλέξω ξανά για την επόμενη διαμονή μου.

We would stay again.
The building is fantastic even if it could use some touch up. It is in a great section of town if you love seeing great historic buildings. It was a 'one bedroom' but there was also a loft and a couch that could open out to a bed so the room could hold as many as six people. The room was very large with a full kitchen. We would stay there again. The only negative thing was that the entry to the building was hard to find and once inside, it was hard to find the reception. But keep searching, it is worth it and try not be distracted by the architecture.

Localização e limpeza excelentes
A localização é excelente, facilidade de acesso a transporte e atrações turísticas, apartamento limpo, assim como as roupas de cama e de banho. Deixou a desejar a comunicação, pois o elevador chega até o térreo e tivemos que subir um lance de escada com malas pesadas.

Localização perfeita.
A estadia foi óptima, eramos 3 pessoas e o apartamento que estava totalmente equipado era enorme. A localização é excelente,dá para fazer tudo a pé. Tem Metro e Bus à porta.Supermecado,Padaria e restaurantes à porta.Relação qualidade preço excelente.

Upon arrival it was extremely difficult to get into the property. Once we got in and found reception, no one was there. Waited a while for someone to come and check us in. Apartment was OK but just OK. It was far far too hot all the time!!! When we eventually worked out how to turn heating off or down it was still too hot preventing us from sleeping. It is cleat to see that they've tried to make the most use of the small space with bed bring up on a mezzanine floor however steps up are extremely steep. Also no bed dude tables next to bed. Really this apartment is only suitable for 1 guest in my opinion. Severalliggts did not work, set up within apartment doesn't work well. However it was mostly clean and shower was nice. Apartment is in a good location and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to see. Sadly the photos on ebookers make the apartment and building look much nicer than it is. We would not stay in this particular apartment or property again.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was in a great location, in a beautiful old building and was very well kitted out. The photos don’t do it justice and the staff were so helpful. Highly recommend.

Tolle Lage, sehr empfehlenswert!
Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend gelegen, unmittelbar an den Fußgängerzonen der Innenstadt, Metro Staion, nahe der Donau und den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Pest am Franziskaner Platz und gleichnamiger Brücke. Klassisches altes Gebäude. Neben Wohnungen und Büros ist auch das zugehörige Hostel untergebracht. Einziger Nachteil, das Bett ist nur über eine "Hühnerleiter" auf der Empore erreichbar, für ältere und gehbehinderte nicht geeignet. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Kochniesche Bad/Toilette
