The room provided me first was room no. 230. The hallways is very dark. The ceiling is opened under repairs. I’m very disappointed and asked the front desk to change it to another room.

Es sumamente conveniente por su cercanía y traslado gratuito al aeropuerto. Aunque está muy cerca del aeropuerto, estando en el hotel no puedes salir porque no se puede caminar y no hay nada por ahí, es muy solitario.

One night close to the airport
Well, taking into acount that we are talking about 4-stars hotel, my expectation was higher. The climate system was noisy. The hotel looks old and the installations would need a refurbishness. The gym is not usefull at all, as most of the machines are brocken. For the breakfast I would expect also a bit more for a 4-stars hotel. No fresh fruit for example. The good point, it is close to the airport and the parking is for free.

Friendly reception and quick pick-up service from the airport. The rooms are quite big and calm, would recommend for a flight arriving late/departing early!

Buena opción para una noche
Lo usé porque volaba temprano al amanecer, por lo cual quería estar cerca del aeropuerto. El hotel ofrece transporte y eso da comodidad. Lo único es que es un hotel que no es tan moderno, se ve que tuvo años mejores. Sin embargo para el uso que le di estaba bastante bien. Tal vez debería cobrar un poco menos.

Estuvimos poco tiempo pero todo estaba muy bien.Muy cómodo para ir a aeropuerto temprano,tiene desayuno desde las 4 de la mañana y el traslado.

Hotel excelente Ubicación de primera. A 150 mts de la Ópera Exquisito desayuno. Cuando vuelva a Budapest me alojaré nuevamente en este hotel.

Very close to airport, with a free shuttle bus to airport. Good clean room with king size bed. Very good evening meal. Breakfast included with room price. We stayed here for one night before flying home the next day. Highly recommended.

We chose Airport Hotel Budapest because of its proximity to Budapest Airport and the fact they had shuttle service. Problem was when we contacted them via email (as our flight was leaving Vienna enroute to Budapest) to arrange for a pickup, our email was not answered and remained unanswered upon arrival in Budapest. We had to arrange and pay for a taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. When we enquired about the lack of a response to our email the very nice woman at the front desk said they had been having problems with their email all day and were not able to receive any messages. In fairness, she offered us a drink voucher in the bar, but at 11pm we would have preferred that all or part of the taxi ride be refunded. The difficulties continued with the room. As soon as we opened the door there was an unpleasant smell. The drain in the bathroom sink was plugged and required about 5 minutes to slowly drain in order to run the water again. In addition, there was a strong musty/moldy odor coming from the shower. Because we were so tired we just went to bed. When we checked out in the morning, we raised both of these issues with the front desk person and their response was "we know". That was it. No apology or offer to reduce the rate as compensation for the inconvenience. We almost never write an unfavorable review, but this stay was not a good experience. Needless to say, we would not choose this hotel again in the future.

Avoid at all costs. Pay the extra money and book with travelodge. They have tiny toilets the size of a coffin that has a slider door to open and close. If you get unlucky like me the door gets jammed and you get stuck, you got no way of getting out. Luckily, I managed to get it to work, but honestly this is a health risk. When I notified the reception, they just told me avoid using the toilet. One of the worst experiences ever!

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert. Daher fällt Baulärm an und Baumaterial im Hotel. Eine Lärmbelästigung habe ich nicht empfunden. Shuttle Service funktioniert gut und das Fühstpckbuffet war reichhaltig. Einziger Punkt meinerseits war die Klimatisierung des Zimmers. Auf der Sonnenseite hatte sich der Raum enorm aufgeheizt. Offene Fenster nützen nichts und eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht (oder der Temperaturregler funktionierte nicht). Erst nach Sonnenuntergang wurde es kühler

The location of this hotel was ideal for an early morning flight. We ate supper in the restaurant and the food was amazing - the Airport Burger was one of the best I've ever had. The room was clean and comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. We needed to eat around 4:30am but there was nothing set out and we had to ask at the desk before we got a couple of rather tough buns with salami. We saw the breakfast getting set up as we were waiting for the shuttle around 5:15am. Otherwise, this hotel was great and would definitely recommend.

The property was under renovation at the time of our visit but the staff was lovely. They tried to accommodate our needs even with all of the construction. The breakfast in the AM offered multiple choices.

Hotel simples, não é compatível com as 4 estrelas que lhe são atribuídas. Secador de cabelo não funcionava, tive que aguardar o outro dia pela manhã para solicitar um na recepção. Reservei um quarto triplo, mas me foi oferecido um quarto duplo com uma cama extra (desmontável) e que estava quebrada. O café da manhã é farto e o serviço do garçom que nos atendeu no jantar e no café da manhã foi excelente! Ele trabalhava a noite toda servindo jantar no restaurante 24/7 e ainda tinha disposição e cordialidade para servir o café da manhã, nota10 para ele!

Non andarci .
Quasi tutto negativo. Camera senza alcun pezzo di cortesia . Pantofole, etc che sono normali già in un hotel. 3 stelle qui che rasenta le 5 di stelle tutto anonimo e nulla . Unica nota positiva la precisione del pulmino per trasporto in aeroporto.
