"I had a very unpleasant stay due to the following issues: 1. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Every time it started running, it made loud noises until it stopped. "The house is clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge with an awesome walk in shower. The location is great as you are only a few minutes from 290 and access to Austin and Dripping Springs. You are also close to Wimberly and Kyle. Nice spot with all one could need. "

"We stayed at the Bird House for my daughter graduation weekend from Texas State University. Great location - peaceful vibe in the pecan trees, yet just 12 minutes from TXST campus. House is cute and has everything we needed (except dishwasher!!). We enjoyed swinging in the porch hammocks, walking the property, and lounging indoors. Definitely a great getaway! "

"Check in was quick and painless. The property was beautiful. If traveling with children.. they have games available. Limited/No plastic plates and cups so bring your own. The house was so clean and cozy and quiet. There is a basketball goal but the ball was flat (no biggie). It was close to all the things but far enough to feel country and secluded.
