We lost sleep and even woke up to bugs crawling on us, which made it very difficult to relax or fully enjoy the space. I did reach out to the host during/after our stay, and while they were responsive and offered a credit, I still have not received it and it has now been two weeks. "VRBO and the host double booked the place. After a long drive we arrived to a house full of guests who were already unpacked and very unhappy to see us. VRBO's "VRBO Care" would have had us moved from a 4 bedroom house to a hotel for one night, and then the remaining nights at a similar place nearby (but that we would need to find on our own). This was unacceptable so we asked for a full refund."
