I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The experience was ruined by Marc at the front desk. He lacks empathy, and was quite rude during our interactions. I would not recommend this place if you expect basic courtesy and decent hospitality.

The staff at reception and the bar were excellent - very professional, polite and helpful. The breakfast was seriously disappointing and I would not pre-pay for it again.
