It is not appropriate and we hope we shall have the chance to compensate in future. The temperature was checked in the initial allocated room, only. Although we do have a control panel on the wall, we recommend to ask for help to Reception in case of any issue during a stay. The room initially allocated has 34sqm/ 366sqft, as per booking you have done, while the second one has 39sqm/420sqft. We took already the benefits of our recent common experience, by improving the hotel’s policies listings for photo shooting. The photo session ran in our public areas for your wife, with a professional photographer, with a professional camera, avoiding paying the package we offered, helped us. Without pretending being perfect, we do our best to perform as good as possible. After carefully investigating, for your check-out we noticed our bellboy has picked-up your luggage just immediately after the elevator doors opened. Upon check-in, our Receptionist colleague has offered his help for luggage, while our Front Office Manager was precessing the check-in. Our waitress colleague has accepted an extra order from the breakfast menu, for your invitees, at 11:10 (while our breakfast ends at 11:00), followed by another one from a la carte options. The delivery time was indeed about 40 min, just because all dishes had to be brought in the same time, as per your request. The furniture which honours the suite you stayed in is Roche Bobois, a French brand. Kind regards,
