Lamento el hecho de que no había agua caliente durante un par de horas! Es lamentable, pero no es culpa nuestra, ya que era un problema general de la ciudad en toda la zona. Estoy seguro de que si vas a visitar de nuevo en el futuro, todo va a estar bien y que voy a tener una estancia encantadora!

Thank you very much for your review and feedback, I really appreciate it and take it very seriously! Indeed, the reception used to be quite cold, but now we have a powerful A/C that also heats and it works even when outside there is a temperature of -15 degrees Celsius, so fortunately, no more unpleasant temperatures for the reception people! Regarding the temperature in the rooms, you can always adjust it from your radiator in the room. We usually set it at 3, in the middle, but you can go up to 5 and it will be very warm. Some people complain that it is to warm, so we just try to find a balance so everybody is happy. I am really glad that you enjoyed your experience with us overall and I hope we will have the pleasure to have you as our guest again in the future!
