Car is required to get to Factory Flats, but there are many things walkable nearby.

Other Things to Note:
Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay. We will send this lease to you immediately after booking. Please message us if you are interested in reviewing this lease prior to booking.

Before arrival you'll get a link to confirm your details and add a card for a $250 refundable security hold. Nothing is charged unless there's damage, and the hold is released after checkout. Your door code is sent as soon as that's done.. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or outside.. No parties or extra guests. Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM. Pets must be added to the reservation before arrival so the pet fee is included in your total. Extra cleaning or damage from animals not on the reservation is handled through Airbnb's Resolution Center.. Late check-out requires approval. Exterior cameras and decibel-only noise monitors may be present; none inside units. Full rental terms come with your check-in link.
