Stay at Maralma 605, a 6th-floor condo in Bucerías Golden Zone. Guests also have access to Maralma’s shared rooftop pool, jacuzzi, gym, and business center. The living area has a partial ocean glimpse. No dedicated parking is included.



The Space:

Maralma 605 is a 73.11 m² condo located on the 6th floor and set up for up to 3 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed, while the living room includes a queen-size sofa bed for the third guest. The condo also has two full bathrooms, which makes the layout practical for couples, friends, or a small family.



The unit includes an open living and dining area, a full kitchen, A/C, TV, private terrace, and an in-unit washer and dryer. From the living area, guests can see a partial glimpse of the ocean. The bedroom does not have an ocean view.



Guests have private use of the entire condo during their stay. Access is provided with a physical key stored in a lockbox, and reaching the unit requires using two elevators. Maralma 605 does not include a dedicated parking space.

Guests have private access to the entire condo, including the bedroom, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, private terrace, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Entry is provided with a physical key stored in a lockbox. Guests will need to use two elevators to reach the condo on the 6th floor.

Guests also have access to Maralma’s shared amenities:

Rooftop pool: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Shared jacuzzi: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Gym: 6:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Business center: 6:30 AM – 9:00 PM

The jacuzzi is a shared building amenity located on the first rooftop level.



The Neighborhood:

Maralma is located in Bucerías, close to the beach and within reach of local restaurants, cafés, shops, and other areas of town.

Guests can spend the day exploring Bucerías, visit nearby beaches and dining options, and return to the condo or Maralma’s shared rooftop areas at the end of the day.



Getting Around:

Restaurants, cafés, shops, and beach areas can be reached from Maralma by walking or using local transportation.

Taxis and ride services are available for trips around Bucerías and nearby destinations.

Maralma 605 does not include a dedicated parking space. Guests traveling with a vehicle may use available street parking near the development, subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

-->The rooftop pool and shared jacuzzi are open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

-->The gym and business center are open from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

-->Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

-->Speakers and amplified music are not permitted in common areas.

-->Outside visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted.

-->Guests will need to use two elevators to reach the condo on the 6th floor.

-->Household trash can be disposed of using the trash chute located near the elevator.

-->The condo has only a partial ocean glimpse from the living area. The bedroom does not have an ocean view.

-->Maralma is a completely smoke-free development.

-->Maralma 605 does not include a dedicated parking space.



Pet-Friendly Policy:

-->Max 1 medium dog (max 20 kg / 45 lbs). No large dogs allowed.

--> Pets must be well trained, not left alone (unless crated), kept on a leash in common areas, and owners must clean up after them.
