Happy Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation so much, this front beach apartment is very confortable just as description and photos and very well located, by walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, drug store, etc. Vrbo needs to improve app friendlyness, since I couldn´t make last payment with my credit card, even that I contacted them, so I had to pay in cash last payment to the property manager when check in.

Fabulous location. Unit is quite pricey and lacks some features that one would expect for the cost. Primary bed needs updating as we woke many times trying to get comfortable. Pretty bad odours coming from main bathroom and laundry room. A few of the Bath towels tattered.Very little water pressure throughout unit but in fairness that could be out of their control. Loved the building but would not likely return to this unit.

Beautiful setting, the view is amazing conveniently located to everything

Easy check in, everything went smoothly and if we needed anything at all, I just texted the management company and it was addressed immediately!! The unit itself is on the 5th floor, where we spent a lot of time out on the balcony, the view is amazing. Pool area is one of the best, lots of chairs, never too crowded and very clean! The unit we stayed was clean but definitely needs to be remodeled! Everything is old and tired looking, finish on the kitchen cabinets doors is seperating from the doors themselves, dishwasher is really old but dose work, the toaster and coffee maker DEFINITELY need replacing, both bathrooms are old, shower doors stick, shower heads are old and need of replacement. The beds, are lacking in comfort and need to be replaced soon. After viewing a couple of other units in the same building, this little gem needs some tender loving care!! We definitely did enjoyed our stay and will go back but maybe a different unit. We did have a wonderful time!

We want to come back!!!

We really loved this condo! Ocean view with viewing of whales every day. Very nice people staying in other condos there too…friendly and helpful. Condo met all our needs. Festival going on quite close was loud but we survived!

Great location and fabulous view

This is a great suite. The location is close to everything you need. Right on the beachfront. Beautiful pool and grounds and very secure. Suite had everything you need in it. Lots of beach towels and the washer/dryer was most appreciated for our 2 week stay. Would definitely stay here again. If you are a light sleeper you will want the A/C on overnight with windows closed as there is a lot of dogs barking most mornings. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Wonderful

Though Bucerias was brutally (for us) hot during our stay, the condo and surroundings were great. The neighborhood was great and welcoming; we talked with a neighbor several times and bought some candy from his young daughter. The condo grounds and pool are very clean and well kept up and access to the beach is very easy. We also loved how central the condo was to the main areas in town; very convenient and easily walkable to most things you'll need.

Quality 2BR on the beach.

Very comfortable condo with great view, lanai, and immediate beach access. The unit is 20 years old but well maintained, with large rooms and storage. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware and tableware, and spices. The mattress in the master is not very comfortable. The location is convenient but that end of old down town is still pretty rough around the edges with dusty roads and marginal sidewalks,, but seemingly safe and friendly local residents. . The management company was easy to deal with and responsive to a request. Fair price. We would rent again.

Bucerias vacation

This rental was fabulous! It was amazingly clean, beautiful views, and had everything we needed. We would recommend this spot to anyone. It is close to so many restaurants and coffee shops.

so so but the property was great

They need the give more instruction on how to enter and get in. Also need to leave instructions on how to use some of the equipment in the apartment most in spanish but we figuired it out.

Colibri condo #504

This was an amazing property and we would stay there many times over. The condo was well appointed and had a spectacular view of Banderas Bay. We made use of the outdoor balcony each and every day. The property was well secured and we always felt safe. It was also within walking distance of a myriad of restaurants and stores. The management company was very easy to work with. We got lost on our checkin day and they sent someone to meet us within minutes to navigate the way. Special shout out to Carolina from the Casago rental staff for all her assistance. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Colibri #504 Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Colibri Condos. Very nice & well kept up property. Condo is on the 5th floor with an amazing view of the pool area and bay sunsets. Easy walking distance to restaurants & local market.

Right where you want to be.

Our second time in Bucerias. We stayed in the first newer modern buildings on either side of the town now and this one is better situated for sure. This is a really nice property (consistent with the listing photos) with stunning views, great beach access and very close by walking to everything this wonderful town has to offer. Countless small grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, street food, stores restaurants and more. Roberto from Sea Side Reservations who manages this unit and many others is very accommodating. Bring Pesos for your main purchases. US for booking excursions and Credit Cards can be used at larger stores if you go to them. You should expect the costs to be 25 to 40% less for most things compared to CAN and US. For example a beer in most bars and restaurants is 30 pesos. ($2 CAN). Have fun!
