Great location, within walking distance to everything you need - shops, restaurants, groceries.We felt safe and secure throughout our stay and really enjoyed the pool, along with the easy access to the beach. The condo is a bit older and could use some updates, but overall it was comfortable and spacious enough for our group. We also made use of the "basement" bedroom, which worked well for us. Note: this bedroom is separate from the main condo area and only accessible from the outside.Susana, the owner, was extremely attentive, checking in throughout our stay and responded quickly to any questions before and during our visit.We would definitely book again in the future!

We had a wonderful time in the condo. There were a few small hiccups in the beginning and Susana was incredibly responsive and everything was resolved quickly. It was incredible having the pool and the beach right down our steps. For northerners like ourselves, please note there is an air conditioner in each bedroom but not the main part of the house. However, there is a great breeze if you open the back window and the front window and there are fans and we all were very comfortable. Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat!

House was not as described

Neighbors had no clue there was going to be anyone staying in the house RIGHT next door to them which impacted our stay because they expected no noise, and they expected everyone in bed and out of the pool by 8:30. The house was not fully prepared with enough towels, garbage bags or toilet paper for a one bedroom let alone a 4 (there were also no blankets)! When we showed up the cleaning lady was still ‘cleaning’ because they claimed they thought we booked it for 2026. The house was in pretty bad shape and wasn’t organized enough to be an affection VRBO, however it is right on the ocean and close to restaurants and ‘town.’ The owner did communicate the last full day out of 7 we were there that she would provide more toilet paper and towels so we got 4 more rolls and 2 towels. We have a group of 8. We would not stay there again.

Beautiful property!

Had a great stay during our kid’s spring break. Neighborhood felt very safe. Building had nice, strong gates that made us feel secure. The beach is beautiful!Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked.

Bucerías beach getaway

The property was situated right on the beach, making it easy to get to the water and nearby attractions and restaurants. The unit was spotless, well-maintained and Susana was a very communicative host. The pool was an extra plus!

Lots of room; Great location

We really liked the more traditional Mexican feel of this roomy condo. The location was especially good as well. The downstairs extra bedroom and bathroom allowed for extra privacy. The outside door to this room needs to be repaired, however. There was no hot tub as listed in the description. It would have been nice to have some salt or pepper in the kitchen.

2nd stay here

This was the 2nd stay at this property and it was wonderful. We had 6 adults, plenty of space and enjoyable for all. The condo was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the whales out in the bay. Susanna was quick to respond to all correspondence.

Dirty bathrooms

Two of the bathrooms were unusable. The showers and toilets were full of black,mold. The sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged. In the adjoining condo units there were six adults and six young children. We got very little pool time and it was noisy all the time, it was crazy noisy. We did complain to them and they settled down for a bit and let us use the pool for an hour or so, but then it would just get noisy again. Needless to say it wasn’t a very relaxing time. We left a day early to get away from the noise and dirty bathrooms. What a nightmare!

Great stay

We loved the pool and beach access—it was super convenient for kids and toddlers. The location is walkable to fantastic beachfront restaurants. Susana was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store luggage before check-in, and she was very communicative throughout our stay, making the experience stress-free. However, the kitchen could use better equipment and improved cleanliness, and not having a dishwasher was a bit challenging for a large group cooking meals.

Great Place for Family Vacation!

This property was a perfect base for our vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Check in was easy, communication with Susana was easy and she responded quickly to any questions we had.

beach front stay

great stay at Susana's beach front apartment/condo. the location on the beach was quiet and safe gentle waves and about a 15 minute walk into town. The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. Overall, would recommend this stay for you and your family.

Best time ever

This is our 2nd year of staying at Susana's place. We love it as much as the 1st time. We are booked for our 3rd visit next year. Great location, walking distance to butcher, produce store, tortilla store, fish market, fantastic restaurants. We love the authenticity of the condo. Very safe to walk down to Centro at night to buy Churros. Susana is amazing on getting back to us quickly when we need anything.

A Fantastic Christmas

Susana was easy to deal with. She was discreet but made herself available whenever needed. Minor issues corrected immediately. Photos depict rental accurately. Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Can’t beat the access to the pool and beach. Watching the sunsets from the palapa one of the highlights. House incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed. Quieter side of Bucerias but great restaurant next door at Los Picos Hotel with great drinks and fish tacos. 15 min walk into town centre and everything you need. Do not need a car at this rental. If traveling further than Bucerias, a short walk up to highway and you can catch a bus to PV or Sayulita. A great place to enjoy a holiday! Thank you Susana!

Fantastic

Susana was FANTASTIC to deal with right from the day I booked. The location is perfect and you can walk anywhere in Bucerious to purchase from a butcher, fruit/veggie stand, fresh tortillas. Pictures are accurate to the condo. The Condo is old but very clean and authentic. I have booked again for next year already.

Good Value

Older but clean unit, great amount of space for a larger family or even two smaller families staying together. Beds are firm but comfortable, AC in every bedroom works great. Neighbors were all very nice. I believe the units in this four unit building are all owned by relatives of the same family. For little kids be aware that it is a good 15 minute walk to town. No problem for adults or bigger kids. I carried my 3 year old on my shoulders a lot.
