Great place

The place is way nicer than the pictures. The host was fabulous, unit was clean, had everything we needed. Also has in suit laundry. pool is great. Nice location . All for all a great stay.

Bucerias First

The property is in a nice location with everything you would need within walking distance. This property could be improved by cleaning the outside grounds area. The cement sidewalks could be pressure washed as well as the entrance area to enhance the properties beauty.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. When we arrived we were greeted by the Property Manager Sylvie who gave us a very thorough briefing. Both she and the owner Darcy were very good at responding to any additional questions or requests. It was great to be so close to the grocery store and the complex has a very nice pool with lots of places to sit. We enjoyed going to the beach as well which is a nice walk for people like me who like to walk (my husband found it a bit too long) and the umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards provided were much appreciated. The condo is also in close proximity to many good restaurants (we loved the taco restaurant across the street that Sylvie recommended), a taxi stand as well as the bus stop. We also appreciated the ample supply of towels, linens, the comfortable beds and couch and the washer/dryer.

Paradise!!

This place felt like our home away from home! We had everything we needed and when a storm system came through the property manager checked in on us! The grocery store is next door to the condo. The place is equipped with every thing you need. The rooftop getaway is exquisite and the pool is lovely. When you step inside La Perla Del Mar it truly is paradise. The place has an old style charm to it and I love that there is only one television so it forces your children to interact 😊 lastly we had a beach day since it’s less than 10 minutes away. Everything from the tents, beach chairs, kids toys, and towels were available! Really nice getaway and the property manager is the sweetest person you’ll meet. We arrived nearly 11pm and she stayed to welcome us and give us a tour. 10/10!! Will definitely stay again. Thanks Sylvia

Overall an enjoyable stay

I've been to the area many times before, but it was the first time staying here. The condo was in a great location, in that it is close to the grocery/pharmacy/convenient store, and close to a few restaurants, etc., this was a big plus. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, especially when its hot and if you have small children and/or any mobility issues. Its a bit of a hike to Centro Bucerias and a lot of the shops and restaurants, but taking a cab is inexpensive and renting a cart is an enjoyable way to get around more easily. The condo is nice looking, was quite clean, minus a few dirty dishes we found, and was bright, open and just one level up from the pool. The kids loved the iguanas out back. The patio was lacking as it is tiny and without comfortable furniture. Unfortunately we found the inside furniture quite uncomfortable as well, which is something that can be improved upon. The pool is large and fun and the kids really enjoyed that. Unfortunately, for the second half of the stay, the condo could be quite noisy, but this was due to a lot of construction/repairs, and people hollering, sometimes inappropriately (having children around), but that is not the fault of the condo owner of course. Overall it was a good experience mostly, and I recommend for people who have no issue with distances to the beach etc. Like I said before, it would go a long way to get comfortable furniture to sit on, inside and out.

Great Location

Location is fabulous, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The grocery store next door (Chedraui) was very handy, although you do need to be prepared for long lineups. There is an Italian restaurant about 5 minutes away that is a must go to. The complex had great landscaping, and everyone was friendly. It is an older group there but that works for us as it was pretty quiet. We were a bit surprised that the pool wasn’t heated but it did warm up by mid afternoon. There was a bit of a hiccup with the check in process, the property manager wasn’t aware we were arriving, and the unit hadn’t been cleaned. The property manager did a quick clean and the cleaners came back the next day and then the day before we left the property manager dropped in again to leave cleaning supplies for the next guest. Darcy did give us a discount for the inconvenience. The unit itself is a bit dated, but everything worked. We did have to buy a toaster because there wasn’t one. It was also really nice to have the barbeque. Darcy was very responsive and understanding when I mentioned that a tile cracked when we dropped a glass item. She is very organized as well and sent us all the information we needed up front. Overall, I would recommend this place, Bucerias is a great little town and this place is close enough to everything while still being quiet.

Yes we really liked Silvia. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours. She waited until 5:30 PM. We arrived something like 8 or later and she came over quickly. A very social place! A small suggestion for improvement would be to change the sofa. Overall we were happy!

Felt like home

The pictures do not do this place justice! It is amazing, rooms are larger then you think! The complex is amazing, everyone is super friendly and feels safe here. The best location, walking distance to everything, great location! We will come back time and time again! Thank you Darcy and Silvia

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with a great swimming pool and a grocery store right around the corner. Well equipped with everything you need to cook. Even laundry! A bit further than we thought from the beach and town but also much quieter than we thought it would be which was a real plus.

Bucerias Condo

Condo was comfortable and cosy. Had everything a person could possibly need. Washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus. Close to many restaurants and groceries. Great location and very secure. I would recommend a stay here.

Super Location/communication

We have been very fortunate to be here for several months. It was everything we expected. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beaches and bars. Communication with both the owner and property manager were excellent. Great for a family or just a couple, other owners and tenants were very friendly. We would definitely reccommend this property. Great Condo Vacation

First Time in Bucerias

Great condo! Felt like home. Everyone very friendly in the complex & all around town. Good Italian restaurant & a Great sports bar just down the street. Ten minute walk to the miles of walkable beach with several beach bars & restaurants with great food & live entertainment. We will be back!

This place is in a great location, easy for shopping getting a bus or taxi. You can walk around town very easy, this place is a little gem, restaurants can be found close to the condo and the beach is an easy walk. If your looking for a place to hang your hat a chil at the pool, look no further.

my family and I had a great time at casa muriel, looking forward renting it again in the future

We arrived and the checking process went very smooth, Silvia the manager was very helpful, professional and always available to us, she even gave us tips about the neighborhood and activities, the place was very nice and clean, great air conditioning units for the hot summer and user friendly, smrt TV which was great when we settled for the day to watch Netflix or Amazon, great neighborhood, right next door to a big grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets that we needed, I loved the fact that we had plenty of towels for shower as well as big ones for the beach, my children enjoyed the very nice and clean pool just about every day. Staff in the property was always available, friendly and ready to help in whatever we needed. We will definitely return to Casa Curiel in the future and highly recommended to our friends and family. Thank you!

Condo is “tired” and needs updating and some comfortable seating inside and out. On the plus side it is close to groceries, restaurants and the beach. Water is delivered Monday Wednesday and Friday. Just leave 30 pesos and your empty bottle outside the door

We loved our stay at Casa Curiel. The condo is well supplied with tools for minor repairs. It is bright and sunny. The location next to the Chedraui is a plus especially on market day. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. The few minor issues we had were quickly looked after by Silvia and Darcy also answered any questions quickly.

Great condo and location

We enjoyed this condo. It had a good layout, clean, and is well maintained. Close enough to walk to beach and town but far enough away from the noise of the core. Also super close to a grocery store. People in the complex are friendly.

The property is close to the grocery store, restaurants and a few blocks from the beach, convenient to everything. The villa, had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for 2 couples. Everything we needed was there to use. The owner of this villa was great to deal with as was her manager. Thank you

Great location 10 minute walk to the beach..

Very nice place in great location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants, shopping, cabs and busses . WiFi and hot water were not working when we got there but the Home owner “Darcy” was very helpful and had things taken care of right away. Only thing I would ask the owner to do is make sure the safe is working and has batteries and that the patio doors locking mechanisms be checked, all were not working but a stick was provided to jar the patio door so it could not be opened from the outside. Very nice place that I would stay at again in the future and recommend to friends and family... Thanks Darcy!!
