  • Enjoy a peaceful downtown experience at this centrally-located place in Bryson City! A modern build with historic touches next door to our historic Bryson City Farmhouse. Every inch of the house is custom designed and filled with amenities to make your stay perfect. Two parking spaces are available. The entire project is featured in a series by the Perkins Builder Brothers. EV Charger in parking area.

    The Plott House is next door to our historic Bryson City Farmhouse (sleeps 8). Also check out our other downtown property the Hazel House (sleeps 4).

This is a wonderful place to stay you can walk to everything in Bryson City we was able to set on the back deck and watch the fireworks show just like at ringside we loved the Plott House

The place was very nice, has everything you need. We met Ashley, one of the owners and had a great time chatting with her. We hope to visit again. Close enough to walk for food and drinks.

Location, location, location. So much fun to be able to just walk downtown. I've stayed in the area before, and the 'out in the boonies' atmosphere is great. BUT, this is convenient, and you can still drive to all those hiking places that you'd like to go. The house was lovely and stocked with all that one could need for a stay. Good job Ashley!!

This place is absolutely perfect for a couple's getaway. We will 100% return. Check in was very simple. The location is perfect for all the Downtown Bryson City attractions.

The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything we needed. The entire place was very clean, well-kept and decorated so nicely. The view and location were great! Very convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.

Beautifully decorated, amazingly clean. It was perfect for two people. Close to the train depot and downtown. Just a perfect stay.

It was a delight to stay at the Plott House. Ashley has taken great care & thought into every detail of her BnB’s. (We have previously stayed at The Farm House (on the same property) with family.) I’m quite a picky person when it comes to cleanliness & good bedding. Upon walking in you’re welcomed with a blast of freshness. Excellent quality memory foam mattress accompanied with cotton linens & blackout curtains insured we slept well each night. The kitchen was well equipped to suit our needs. The bathroom, like the rest of the house, was spotless as well as being well stocked with fresh towels. The craftsmanship of the house is superb. We highly recommend The Plott House for a couples getaway. It is conveniently located in walking distance to the downtown area and just a short drive to the Deep Creek. We love Bryson City! Thank you, Ashley, for providing such a delightful place to stay.

The Plott House was exceptional. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway in the Smoky Mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location to walk to downtown without feeling like you are right next to the hussle and bussle! And the house itself was so beautifully designed and decorated. Felt so peaceful staying there.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Bryson City. Easy walk to town and train station. The Plott House was quiet, very clean, and comfortable! History of the house was explained and items from the build shared. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.

We watched Plott house be built on Perkins Builder Brother's YouTube channel so it was really cool getting to actually stay there. The house is wonderful and perfect for a weekend getaway!! Highly recommend and would stay there again.
