Average stay , breakfast was cleared at 9 am, most hotels clear around 9:30. Your reception staff should make guests aware of this. I managed to get a cold bits thanks to help of the staff member clearing the server

The staff here are wonderful! They work hard, they are knowledgeable and brilliant to talk to and always make our stay the best we get anywhere.
