Wonderful, large house right at the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park

We booked this place even though it was much larger than we needed because it was one of the last places available in Bryce Canyon City, and was still not too expensive for how large it was. We loved how much space there was to stretch out and relax. The reclining couches were great. The kids loved all the games downstairs, and the master bedroom had a Peloton and massage chair, too. It was such a nice place to rest after being on our feet all day at Bryce Canyon. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for any larger groups like family reunions.

Comfortable and Close to Bryc

The property is in a great location—very close to Bryce Canyon, which makes it easy to visit the park. It’s a comfortable place to stay and was fairly clean. Just keep in mind that it can be hard to get in touch with the host if you need anything. Still, a good option for anyone spending time in the area

Beautiful Home

It is a beautiful property, lots of room, big rooms where we could all be together and talk and laugh and have a good time. The host was very responsive to inquiries. It was very clean and well stocked, highly recommend.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 9. The kitchen was very well equipped and the property had great proximity to shops and Bryce Canyon National Park. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful for our family reunion!

The location of the home is the best—so close to Bryce Canyon and the amenities at Ruby’s Inn. The home was great! Lots of space for our large family reunion. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra tables and chairs we used and the outside picnic tables and chairs gave us room for all our meals. The fenced in yard was the best for our whole family. We brought a pickleball net and used the basketball court for many family games. The swings and play set were enjoyed by the grandkids. The guest contact—Kami—responded so quickly to all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this home to anyone going to the Bryce Canyon area with a large group. Also, if you want a great place to eat—the Pizza Place in Tropic was amazing!

Perfect location

Beautiful home with an incredible view. The house was the perfect size for our group of 13. Ample room in the kitchen and plenty of room to stretch out. The kids loved the downstairs game room and basketball court. Best part was the location. Just a short drive to everythiing you want to visit. Owners were extremely helpful with information regarding the area and activities. Overall fantastic experience and highly recommend staying here.

Great location and backyard!

We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.

Great family reunion location

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here for the 80th birthday of the matriarch of my extended family. Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon were very close and convenient to explore. The neighborhood was quiet and the view from the large backyard was amazing. The house was clean and big enough to gather all together at times and also to spread out and not always be on top of each other. We'll come again sometime!

50th wedding anniversary family reunion

Our family gathered for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration and the house was perfect for us! Lots of comfortable bedrooms and gathering rooms. The kids played basketball and netless volleyball, and we sat around the fire pit at night. There is a pool/ping-pong table that was a huge hit with the teens! Bryce Canyon is right there, so hiking and exploring were lots of fun. We had a wonderful celebration and reunion!

Great location and size for a large group

The location is 10 minutes away from the entrance of Bryce Canyon which was great. It is also situated near Ruby’s Inn and a general store to pick up food or other items. Through Ruby’s Inn you can book horseback riding, ATV, wagon rides, rodeo and country music and dinner show. Although I like more modern rentals, The home itself was clean and large. We liked the big backyard and basketball court. The property manager was very responsive when I had question. We had a great time! Thanks

Amazing location with lots of room

Spacious property with gorgeous views. In town but the hilltop location makes you feel out of town, so it is the best of both worlds. Our family of 8 had more than enough room to spread out. This was an excellent base for seeing the canyon, going to the rodeo, shopping and sight seeing. Communication with property managers was clear and prompt. We will definitely be back.

Close to Bryce Canyon

We had all of our kids and grandkids with us on this stay. Plenty of room for all 17 of us. Large house and yard with fun things to do. The house is VERY close to the entrance of Bryce Canyon. We had a great time!

Amazing experience!

We had three families together for a long weekend, age range from 18 mos up to 40s. Plenty of activities to entertain kids when parents were resting from all the hiking we did. The owners were very quick to reply to questions while here at the house. This house met every need we had and exceeded our expectations. Location was great, just a short drive to amazing trail heads. We would definitely stay here again and have started talking about our next adventure here.

Bryce Canyon retreat

The house is large with plenty of room for a large group and it is sooo close to Bryce Canyon. We loved being in such close proximity. It also has a great yard with swings that occupied our small grandchildren - a great plus. I wish I could give the house a raving 5 stars but I can’t due to cleanliness. The house is in serious need of deep cleaning!!!! The counters and beds were clean but door frames, walls, tops of curtains , fans and floor boards were all extremely dirty and dusty. The attached counter chairs are grimy to touch and look at. And the faux plants above the kitchen cabinets are terribly dirty and dusty! The return air ducts were dark brown with dirt. If this house was sparkling clean with a new indoor paint job which it is also in strong need - I would give it 10+stars.

Great for kids

The place is great for kids. We stayed at the home most of the time because of my 20 year old that has multiple disabilities so it had things to do for my eight grandchildren. Plenty of space inside and out. Very close to Bryce Canyon and Mossy cave.
