Great view and peaceful stay
Four girls went together for a girls' weekend and enjoyed this house very much! Great view, peaceful stay, quiet, awesome porch for sitting with coffee and chatting. We would visit again!

We would return…..
Most things were great, and the owners were easy to get hold of if needed. The cabin was very clean, the heating worked great, and the view of the mountains was lovely.Great location for Chattanooga and surrounding areas. I feel that more could have been done to beautify the ground space immediately in front of the cabins…it was very bare with very little colour…I(I’m an avid gardener so I notice stuff like this.) 2 of The 4 ‘‘deck chairs ( one of which was a foot stool, were broken. They were immediately replaced but the replacements were not outdoor chairs or something you’d want to sit on for more then 10 mins. The hot tub was very clean and in perfect working order although the over head out door lights over the hot tub were probably not up to code. The guys could be wrong about this as we live in a different state though?? If the chair on the deck were replaced our stay would have been almost perfect😊

We are a family owned & operated business. We strive hard to please our guests. I am sorry the outdoor chairs that my sister brought did not meet your expectations. I am sorry but I didn’t know you were not satisfied with the chairs until I read your review. Please forgive us. We ask all guests to please let us know during your stay if you are not pleased with something or otherwise we don’t know about it until we read the review. We will try our best to resolve the issue during your stay. Hope ya’ll enjoyed the 1 & 1/2 hour late check out.

The cabin and owner is very pleasant and promote on anything u ask of them
It was a very pleasant view and very nice cabin we loved it. If we are in the area again we will book this cabin again. We had a great time the staff and people were very nice as well as the place was. I think it’s a very nice place to have a summer camp held at.

Beautiful, Peaceful, and Fun for the whole family
This was a wonderful place for our family to get together. The cabin was well kept, kitchen was well stocked with necessaries for cooking family meals, beds were comfortable, and views of the river were breathtaking. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, the indoor pool, and the horses, goat, and chickens. The grands are already begging to go back!

Great Location
The indoor pool, basketball courts, and horseshoe pits were greatly enjoyed by my family. The view and location were also spectacular! We would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

Great family get away!
We had a wonderful time at Paradise Pointe for our spring break trip. The views are gorgeous, there’s plenty to do on site and it’s just a quick trip to Chattanooga for the aquarium. We had one day of bad weather but the indoor pool provided us with a great rainy day activity. The cabin was cozy and we loved the fireplace on cool evenings. We hope to return!

Wonderful views easy to locate. super clean and nice cabin. Spacious and plenty of room for a family of 7. Definitely will be booking again and looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Assume view , great place to stay
We had a great time at Paradise point. The owner accommodated us to do a horseback ride the day off. Usually they require at least a day notice, but he was very gracious and allowed us to do the horseback ride on that day because it was the only day we could do it. The pool is fantastic. The cabin was great. The view is indescribable. There were some minor flaws like a fake leather couch, peeling, and some shades that were broken but nothing that affected our stay in any way. I would take my own frying pan if I went back because the pans did stick that were there but at least they had some there. They supply wood for the fireplace, which is very nice.

Just okay
Pros: view, well maintained driveway, supplied seasoned firewood, showers and laundry were great. Easy drive to Chattanooga. Cons: worst couches ever, not enough chairs on the deck, TONS of stink bugs and wasps, kitchen was not well maintained- cookware was NOT clean and there was not enough silverware to set the table with. Pillows were awful and the bedding was very very minimal for the cooler nights. For my elderly parents and toddler, the beds were hard to get in and out of but fine for the rest of the group. As a place to sleep and fix breakfast it was fine but not a house for just enjoying the home and view for my group. Having to move the table back and forth was doable but just one more thing that had to happen for each meal.

I give all our guests my phone # & my brother/owners phone #. We ask if you have an issue please contact us during your stay or otherwise we don't know about it until we read the review. When guests contact us someone is usually there within a few minutes to help with the issues. I am sorry you didn't contact us during your stay so we could have helped you. My brother/owner lives on the backside of Paradise Pointe so he can bring guests what they need & help with any issues. Paradise Pointe is family owned & operated & we strive hard to please our guests so I will pass your information on to cleaners.

Great time, great view
River's Ledge definitely had beautiful views. It was quiet and relaxing. Rooms were perfect for our family. We just wished it would have been a bit cleaner. We did find a few spider webs and fly trap was still hanging when we came in. Also, the towels and pans were not the best. We seen all the extra things on the property, kayaking and horse back riding. The pool needed some cleaning but we did notice the sign about the liner. We did love the dog on the property. Overall, we had a great time. Some are planning to come back.

A Perfect Place
We stayed at the River's Ledge cabin and it was wonderful. Clean, roomy, and cool with air conditioning both up and down stairs. Lots of rooms and a wonderful deck with a great view. We got to see wildlife and thunderstorms. There is a pool on the property for the kids and a banquet area that was covered and perfect for our group. Very happy with our stay.

Incredible cabin!!
Cabin was clean and easy to access. Location was great for hiking, the property manager communicated quickly when we had questions and the view was incredible!! Definite recommend!!

Beautiful View
This property did not disappoint, it was just as advertised. The view was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, the fire pit and the rocking chairs on the deck. The king sized beds were great and there was plenty of room for the eight of us. As another reviewer mentioned, the driveway into the property was very steep so we ended up using the service road instead, which worked much better for us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Glad you thought the cabin was pretty & a beautiful view. The driveway is steep but the MILLION DOLLAR VIEW is worth it! We at Paradise Pointe realize some guests are not familiar with mountains. We have a back road into the property that is not steep, this is where the owner lives & workers use this road. We let guests use this road way if they prefer.

Fall reunion
This was our first time renting a cabin in a resort setting. Couldn't have been happier with all the amenities. Beautiful view from our cabin. Cabin was clean and kitchen was very well supplied. Pool was supplied with lots for our twin 8 year old grandsons to do. Every cabin has their own hot tub. We will certainly be going back.

Relaxing stay away from home
Wonderful view! Best view of any property I have ever stayed in. Family friendly place with a large indoor pool that is within walking distance. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of life but within 15-20 min one can be in town. My only complaint is there needs to be a mirror in the bedroom. There are mirrors in the bathroom but none in the bedrooms.

What a view!
We really enjoyed our stay at Rivers Ledge cabin. The view was awesome! We loved the rocking chairs on the porch to sit back and enjoy the view. The indoor pool and other amenities were great. Owner was great to work with and prompt. Cabin was well equipped, clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone and plan to book again in future. Only one small issue but with the environment/location, it cant be helped and that’s the bugs and spider webs. Again loved it and wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing Getaway
Paradise Pointe was a great place to get away for a few days! Our kids loved the horses and pool. We literally woke up in the clouds. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely return in the future.

Fun family Cabin vacation spot!
We very much enjoyed our time at Paradise Pointe. We stayed in the River's Ledge cabin, and it was the best location on the property! We had the most beautiful views from the upstairs patio, lower level patio where the hot tub was, and we enjoyed a fire each night in the fire pit. The wood shed was just behind the cabin, and the pool was within walking of all the cabins. Picnic table, chairs, and grill down near the fire pit. The pool was big, with a water slide for our little one and a deep end for the rest of us! There was a pool table also that we played a few games on. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed (except a dishwasher), but we decided the view and cabin itself was worth doing some dishes! We will definitely be back, as we really enjoyed ourselves! (and we'll bring some paper plates and plastic cups)! Thank you Paradise Pointe for a memorable trip for our family!

Perfect spot!
Everything about this place is perfect. The views from the porch are breathtaking. We relaxed while we were there, but there are so many cool things to do on the property such as kayak, horseback ride, swim, or hike. I plan on coming back yearly.

Epic Property for an epic Jeep trip!
We stayed here for our semi-annual jeep trip. Best accommodations we have stayed thus far from 10 years of traveling and trailing all over the country. View, pool and hot tub are unparalleled triple threat. We used three of the cabins and they were very clean with plenty of space. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
