"My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. "We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! "We loved our stay, very clean!! We did have a minor hiccup,not a big deal. Carrie always answered my questions speedily. Our dogs enjoyed their stay also. The decor was amazing. I enjoyed looking around at all the things that were in the cabinets and on shelves. We didn't use the porch as much as I thought we would, mainly because of the weather. We took in many of the attractions and I would definetly recommend The Feed Co. Table & Tavern. The food was delicious and the service was great."

"We had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch! We grilled steaks, but did pop into Cafe 136 down the road for breakfast. We also had an app and drink at Canyon Grill before our steak dinner back at the tiny home. I think this tiny home is the most private of three on this property. All look amazing though and I’d return to stay in any of them! Such a fun experience! "

"The townhome is adorable and super clean. Shannan has stocked the townhouse with everything you may need and more. She was so easy to communicate with and had great suggestions. Make sure you check out the house manual for great restaurants and local info. "The house was adorable and just as described, clean, updated, in quiet and charming part of town close to everything, and with so many great spaces both inside and outside. I have never stayed in a listing that was so well equipped to meet any travel need especially the ones you forgot about, Beth has thought of everything. My two young kids kept asking to go back the whole way home. Next time we go back to Chattanooga we will definitely be staying here or another Beth's properties."

"Very large 2 bedroom property with a beautiful view of downtown. The king size beds were very comfortable! The large screen television was great for watching football. We will definitely stay here next time we plan a trip to Chattanooga. "
