"This hotel was further from Cochem than we hoped for. I booked two rooms for one night at least four months in advance requesting large windows that open. We got one room with a very tiny window only, and one room with a medium size window. The staff was very nice and apologized for not meeting my request saying "they didn't know how this happened". "Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. The keys are age-old and a bit tricky. But this was not a problem either. We were impressed with the shower that didn't leak outside.

"Die Unterkunft liegt relativ abgelegen. Leider gab es keinen Balkon und auch kein Frühstück, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung /Bilder so angegeben war. Es gibt vor Ort kein Personal, das Konzept ähnelt einer kontaktlosen Ferienunterkunft. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Zimmer relativ sauber waren."

"Tolles Hotel mit herzlichen Gastgebern und guter Empfehlung
Im Hotel Moseltor in Traben-Trarbach haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und nett, und das Frühstück war super. Besonders schön war auch die Empfehlung für die Planwagenfahrt, die vom Hotel kam. Die Kommunikation dort war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert.
