Hotel vicino all'aeroporto di Bruxelles circa 15/20 minuti di auto, esiste anche un bus. Cittadina molto carina e con un bellissimo parco e museo dell'Africa. Ci abbiamo soggiornato a causa di uno sciopero improvviso dei controllori di volo.

There was mould in the fridge and the door staff were not really very welcoming or helpful. Fortunately we had the door code, so didn’t need to interact too much.

The property was located near the town square in Tervuren. Room was nice size however it was very hot. There were not climate controls for the summer heat just a small fan. We had to leave the windows open and the small street below was actually noisy. The front desk people were very nice, friendly and helpful. Desk closes at night and you need to use your key for exterior access. Make sure they show you how. Plenty of off street parking. Tervuren is a wonderful place with top tier park and arboretum hiking nearby. There were good restaurants in town as well. The only negative was the room temperature. I would suggest getting a room on the first floor if you go in Summer. Again, very nice staff and overall a nice place to stay.

This hotel was great ! The staff was nice and helpful! The location is great, near restaurants, supermarket and the African museum. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend this place! Thank you!

The staff was kind and helpful! The airlines we flew lost our son's luggage and the staff at the Rastelli was extremely helpful in helping us figure out what was going on with it. This property is in a small quiet town, and is a very comfortable spot with nice, basic rooms and a good breakfast.

Hotel Rooms are clean large and well maintained Good water pressure and solid wall rooms. Reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming and encourage guests to extend their stay. Be aware if you have not included breakfast you cannot add it on the day it has to added the night before according to the owner or else you cant have breakfast. Strange rule but one to be aware of

Located in the heart of Tervuren, easy access to shops, cafes, a fantastic playground. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Basic room, spacious, not fancy but has everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, drinking water, instant coffee, tea, and water kettle. Perfect for our visit with friends living there. We did not have their breakfast- instead chose Jo Coffee (excellent!) and Au Flan Breton bakery (great!), both a short walk away. Would stay here again when visiting Tervuren.

Literally only slept there overnight, checked in late evening & checked out early morning. Did not dine there or use any other facilities. Only negative was that it was a very hot night & the room was not air conditioned. We did not feel able to open any windows as the room only had patio doors which led onto a communal veranda

Helaas geen airco in de kamer, en slechts een ventilator die voor verkoeling zorgen moet. Een raam open laten staan is mogelijk, echter kan iemand van buitenaf vrijeenvoudig dan binnenkomen. Ontbijt was karig en het personeel bij het ontbijt niet echt vriendelijk. De mevrouw van de receptie bij ontvangst was echter zeer aardig en hulpvaardig om een restaurant te vinden op maandagavond. (geen eigen restaurant helaas) Douchen in het bad was niet eenvoudig; hoge instap en gladde bodem bij het uitstappen.

The service was so bad that I was there for 2 nights and never saw anyone in reception. There were works outside in the street and instead of giving me a room on the back of the building (clearly there was availability) I was give a room at ground level, literally 1 metre away from the streetworks. Suffice to say I was woken up at 6:30am and had to leave the room immediately because the noise was unberable. To add insult to injury they charged m2 30 euros for late checkout which I did not want and did not use but unintentionally had selected on the webpage the hotel sends to do the checkin, When I complained about this charge they said they could not do anything because I had reserved through Hotels.com. But it was not Hotels.com it was their app and their link which, trying to circumvent Hotels.com had addded the 30 euros charge. Hotels.com had nothing to do with this!!! A disaster. I was planning to book this hotel again for several days month but after this experience I will never go even close. I feel insulted and scammed.

There was no staff available at the front desk or elsewhere on the main floor of the hotel for most of my 7-day stay. One evening, I needed to place an international call to reach someone in the hotel when my room key failed to let me enter the main door of the hotel and no one answered the doorbell. Very poor room soundproofing, and the room door could not be closed without forcing the closure which did not get fixed despite reporting the issue. There are no USB connections anywhere in the room and no electric outlets available at the bedside. I often had to reinitiate the hotel WIFI connection during the day which dropped off unexpectedly. The size of the TV was smaller than a regular computer monitor, so small and so far from the bed that you could not read the subtitles. It also only offered a few channels mostly in Dutch and German. While listing the other national and international channels, it did not give you access to them. The bathroom lacked facial towels and shampoo, but this was addressed by the cleaning room staff who was professional and helpful in their response, and the only professional staff seen in the hotel during my stay.

Teleurstellende ervaring, gebrek aan onderhoud

Meerdere defecten op de kamer. Geen verwarming, nachtlampjes werken niet, stopcontact aan bed hing uit de muur... 150euro per nacht staat absoluut niet in verhouding met hetgeen je krijgt vergeleken met andere hotels in Brussel... gedateerde kamers waarvan het onderhoud minimaal is. Na 2de melding zelfde avond wel een elektrisch vuurtje gekregen, maar deze kreeg de kamer ook niet warm. Dame van de receptie was wel vriendelijk. De andere dame niet, discussie over mailadres en betaling via expedia waar je s'avonds bij aankomst niet op zit te wachten. Gewoon mailadres ingeven waar klant om vraagt of dubbelchecken zodat de factuur ontvangen kan worden voor zakelijk verblijf, klaar! Toegankelijkheid van hotel verliep moeizaam gezien de verschillende wegenwerken en het eenrichtingsverkeer in het centrum. Eenmaal je de inrit van de parking voorbij bent is het zeer lastig om terug te keren owv eenrichtingsverkeer vs de afgesloten wegen door wegwerkzaamheden. Ontbijt- niet benuttigd. Geen zin meer in na een koude nacht.

Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich mit großem Raum und einer kleinen Küche , die mit Töpfen, Bestecks und auch Spülmittel gestaltet ist. Man hat den Supermarkt und vielen Restaurants herum. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
