Excellent getaway location

10 out of 10! This condo is everything you want for couple or family. Our three granddaughters stayed with us the last night and enjoyed watching birds and wildlife from the back porch. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Marsh Views and Unit

My family loves this area and this property provided beautiful marsh views and all 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom! We loved how it was decorated and how clean it was, including the glass table on the balcony. Kevin & Caroline are great at communication and all the welcome amenities made us feel very welcomed. What a blessing and we hope to return again🤗

Lovely, peaceful, comfortable getaway

My three friends and I love the St.Simons area, so for my birthday I treated myself to a few days in this paradise. We were very happy with our home away from home and loved how thoughtful the hosts were in providing special treats like delicious coffee, chocolates, and soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The condo is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous balcony view of a marshy area with abundant wildlife, birds, and meticulous landscaping. The beds, sheets, and towels were top quality - luxurious even. I wish I were still there. The spaciousness of this home allowed us to be together but also have our own space. Three bedrooms with full en-suite baths is a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen has everything you need but with all of the wonderful dining options on the island, you won’t want to do much cooking. It was a ground floor unit with no stairs and very easily accessed from the portico for unloading and packing to go. And oh my! How quiet it was amazed me. I could go on forever praising Windward Point, but just know it checks all of my must haves with a lot of extras. Adored, loved, cherished my time there celebrating my birthday.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was very clean, comfortable, well decorated , and well appointed. Owners were very responsive to a couple of questions I had. Provision of coffee, chocolates, and plenty of extra towels was greatly appreciated.

Great condo!

So impressed with this condo and all interactions with Kevin, the owner! It is immaculately clean, fully stocked with everything you need, and up to date with technology and interior design. Very nicely decorated. We were in town for a golf tournament, so we never went to the beach or used the pool, but all towels and beach chairs were provided. Very convenient to shopping and dining. An overall GREAT rental! Thanks so much to Kevin for a great place!

Lovely condo. Clean, well decorated, every detail thought about. View from the patio is breathtaking. Stunning sunrises and sunsets. Excellent communication with Kevin Horn. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. Can't wait to come back.

Relaxing

Spacious condo with a beautiful preserve view from the private balcony. Centrally located on the island was a plus for us. The golf course restaurant on the grounds was a plus too. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Will definitely be back!

Amazing in SSI

Beautiful, spacious, and clean condo close to the Sea Palms golf course and overlooking the marsh. Was accurately advertised and everyone had their own space. Men played golf and I was able to walk everywhere or stay put and watch the birds. Amazing stay and we’ll be back!

Peaceful Marsh Setting

It is always a joy to stay in this beautifully appointed condo with gorgeous marsh views and lovely amenities. The Horns, our hosts are always attentive to our needs and you cannot beat the mid-island location. I always check 107 Windward Point for availability first when visiting the Island!

Great spot!

Great spot with excellent pricing! The condo was very clean and spacious. There was a pool outside we never saw another person at. Kevin was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. We will be back!

We were extremely surprised at the quality and location of our property compared to others we've stayed at with higher rates. Every room was clean and comfortable with more amenities than expected. The entire family regrets only booking for 4 nights and agreed we will return again soon!
