We absolutely loved our stay — it was even better than we expected! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and a great value for Sea Island. Everything was spotless and well thought out. We’ll definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Shops and restaurants nearby. Balconies and sea breeze galore but no beach view. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lots of room and well-laid out. Would definitely return again. Remember to bring all extras for coffee and cooking.

St. Simons Gem

Fantastic property for our 6 person vacation. Clean and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, park, and pier. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this property! It is a beautiful 3 story house with an adorable coastal feel. It's super close to the water and walking distance to town/shopping. We loved the kids parks! Be sure to sign up for the free access pass to the pool or mini golf! Everything we needed was at the property. Beds and bedding were comfy as well as couches. We loved the spaces and common areas for games. We loved having a washer and dryer in the house. All appliances worked well and we played ping pong often. A huge plus for our family was having ceiling fans in every room! Super nice!! The property manager was nice and attentive and answered text messages promptly and was never irritated with our questions. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

Perfectly located on the corner of a quiet street. Easily walked to restaurants, shops, pool, ocean. The house had all the amenities, beautiful pictures of local scenes, interesting books, games. Our family of four had the best time.

Great location

We were very happy with this property. It’s so close to all the restaurants and pool/pier area. It was fun walking to water and looking for crabs when the tide was low. Water close to house isn’t really for swimming but the two main beaches are only a mile away with plenty of parking. House was very clean and had lots of games for the kids. Beds were comfortable and the property manager was very responsive. Definitely recommend this house.

Peaceful Getaway

This place is fabulous. First, it is within walking distance from downtown St. Simon and the beach. My wife and I went to breakfast in the early in the morning and walked the beach afterwards. I prepared dinner and my wife and I enjoyed dining on the balcony just off of the living room. The neighborhood is peaceful.....it was nice listening to the birds talk to each other while we ate. We parked our car in the garage provided and walked everywhere. This 2300 Square foot treasure had everything you need to make you are at home away from home.

Easter break getaway

Perfect house for our family of four. Beautifully appointed kitchen, which had everything we could imagine in it. Space was clean and close to the beach! We rented bikes, which made exploring the island very accessible and fun. Definitely will stay again.

Extraordinary!

Fantastic value for 6 people. Attention to detail was evident - every room had everything we needed. Kitchen had all the essential tools, pots, pans, dishes, soaps, bathrooms had soaps and towels, master bath had an amazing walk in shower, game room kept the kids busy with ping pong, foosball and cornhole. TV was easy to navigate. All the light switches labeled, furnishings were well kept and comfortable. AC and fans worked great.Property is a very short walk to beach access. Four beach chairs and towels available. A little bit longer walk but very easy access to 11th st access that gave you the entire beach front.Another short walk to a slew of shops and restaurants.We were able to rent a golf cart for the week that let the teen boys we had with us get around.My wife said "we'll definitely be back, this house was perfect for us!"I almost didn't want to write this review at the risk of letting others in on the secret.We give this property our highest recommendation!!

Long Weekend / Golf Tournament

Family had a great stay at this property as we were in town for a golf tournament at Sea Island Resort. Great location for access to the Pier and downtown area. Very clean and communication with the property manager was excellent. Seamless check in/check out process. Will definitely stay again when we return to St. Simon's.

Great for Mother-in-law Family or Couple Trips

Loved that it had two king size beds, which would make it great if a mother-in-law was coming along, or for a trip of two couples with or without children. Our twelve year-old was with us, and he loved that this location allowed him to walk everywhere. Space is abundant, so you are not on top of one another. Bring coffee pods, because there was a Keurig machine without them.

Family Fun

Our family came to celebrate our parents 60th Anniversary. They live at Marshes Edge and we wanted to have a place for the whole family to spend time together during the day. We had an amazing time. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Everyone loved the close proximity to the village and beach.
