Bring your boats and launch them at Blythe Island Regional Park 5 mi or Blythe Island Beach Drive Park 1.7 mi away. From the main Rd, there's sidewalk down Blythe Island Drive making it only a short 30-minute walk to play at the park or fish off the pier.

The space
The home is elevated due to being in close proximately to the river; therefore, one must be able to climb stairs to get inside the home. The backyard is fully fenced in.

Guest access
The fenced yard in backyard features a locked shop with a sink where you can clean any fish you catch.
