"The condo was very clean and quiet and perfect for my husband and I. It was very convenient to everything by car or bike. The pool was nice and clean. The bikes were an added bonus. We will be back again. David is a great host!"

"We only stayed one night for our spontaneous getaway to summer waves and we had the best time. The condo was super clean, right on a small lake with a balcony which we enjoyed watching the turtles. The overall location is so great and want to go back for an even longer stay!"

"Very clean place and friendly host. Only downside was the bed is a little hard but other than that perfect!"

"We loved it."

"We enjoyed our stay in Georgia. The house felt like the perfect home away from home. "

"Excellent location!"

It obviously wasnt cleaned yet, so we left to go eat and at 4:50 the property manager calls and says the cleaning crew was running behind. Parking is very hard to come by after 4, so we get back at 5 and its pouring down rain and we try to get in and the cleaning crew is inside so we had to wait out in the rain with all of our stuff until...

"We have stayed at the Sea Gate several times for last minute trips to the beach. Love the view and the heated pool. Also pet friendly!"
