"Hatten eine Unterkunft für einen kurztrip gesucht und sind auf dieses Ferienhäuschen gestoßen.Wer eine ruhige Lage zum entspannen sucht ist hier genau richtig.Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin hat auch super funktioniert und wir wurden auch mit einen kleinen gast geschenk überrascht..Einen kleinen Kriterienpunkt hatten wir da wir leider nicht darauf hingewiesen wurden Bettwäsche mit zubringen.Allem in allem waren wir sehr zu frieden und würden jederzeit wieder her kommen."

"Die Ferienwohnung Franz ist eine der schönsten Ferienwohnung die ich bis jetzt gesehen habe. Sie ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es wurde einfach an alles Gedacht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (510) angereist. Der Pool vor dem Haus mit Blick in die Berge, der sowohl bei gutem als auch bei schlechtem Wetter genutzt werden kann, ist das absolute Highlight. After our departure, the host has repeatedly ignored all requests for our deposit refund, despite us causing no damage during our stay. I paid both the deposit and cleaning fee in good faith, but the host is now refusing to refund the deposit and is unresponsive to all communication."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser super schönen Wohnung mit tollem Balkon im schönen Grassau sehr genossen! In der Umgebung kann man tolle Tagestouren zu verschiedenen Almen unternehmen oder am Chiemsee das schöne Wetter genießen! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!"
