A spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for 3 guests, located in a medieval village in Brugnato (7th century), recently renovated, in a quiet setting, near a fantastic bakery and the center of Brugnato. You don’t need a car to get around—just walk to the center or go for a swim in the Vara River and then in the deep blue waters of the “5 Villaggi delle Terre.”

The space

The 70-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor, and the interior is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, moka pot, conventional oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils

- Living area with a relaxation corner and TV

- Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a closet

- Bedroom 2 with a French-style double bed and a wardrobe

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall



Additional amenities available to guests: Unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, independent heating, 2 fans, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Private parking included—2 parking spaces
