El hotel es poco accesible si vas a pie ya que está sobre un gran estacionamiento vehicular, desde el terminal de tren toca caminar unas tres cuadras aprox.y subir varias escalinatas

Sinceramente el hotel queda super comodo desde la estscion de trenes. Alejado de cualquier ruido molesto pero cerca de todo. Es una belleza el desayuno es un 10. Tiene todo... aspecto negativos. Llegamos de noche con nuestro hijo pequeño, cama hiper comoda hsbitacion muy grande. Television con pantalla partida, cafetera nespresso no funcionaba, Teléfono para llamar a recepcion ...tampoco. No hubo voluntad de solucionarlo.

Localizado a 3 minutos de la estación central de Brujas que facilita bastante la llegada y la salida. Adicionalmente, es muy fácil llegar al centro caminando (15 minutos aproximadamente) o usando el free shuttle que ofrece la ciudad y se toma al lado de la estación central. Las instalaciones y el servicio excelentes.

Buena relación precio calidad.
Excelente hotel, a poca distancia caminando de la central de trenes por donde seguramente llegarás, 5 minutos. Y también a poca distancia caminando de las principales atracciones de brujas, 10 minutos. Además el trayecto es agradable. La habitación es muy cómoda, y la atención también sin duda buena. El desayuno incluido ayuda mucho a empezar tu día directo a las atracciones.

Hotel nuevo y muy recomendable {dentro de las posibilidades de cada uno}. Está pegado a la estación de tren y a sólo 20 minutos del centro caminando.

Un hotel nuevo, en muy buenas condiciones, cuartos muy pequeños, buena ubicación aun que muy complicado llegar a Recepción por su mala señalización. Servicios muy limitados. La persona que nos atendió en recepción y en el bar el dia de llegada fueron poco amables, llegamos de noche. El personal de dia fue muy atento. Buena opción solo para dormir por un par de días.

Nice room and friendly staff. However, the access to this property from the train station is very confusing. Better signage directing guests to the hotel would be helpful. It was also confusing on where guests were to go with waiting on taxi pick up.

Very clean and easy parking
Booked this as was driving from the uk and it was great as there is a huge car park right out the front and is only €6.50 per day. Hotel is very modern and rooms very clean and the staff were always friendly. We didn’t eat and drink in the hotel so can’t comment on that but did look nice as we passed through. The location is out of town but is an easy 15 min walk to the centre.

Good little trip to Brugge
A lovely stay and the family room worked well with out two young children. Only criticism is that check-out was very slow at 9am. A very long queue with only one person on the desks.

このホテルには一泊のため敢えて駅から近いところを選びました。ホテルとしては大型のアメリカの郊外によくある車利用者中心のもので玄関も 駐車場の二階から入るものでした。 私は鉄道利用者にはアクセスに苦労しました。 Googleマップの 駅から重いスーツケースを持って誰も歩いていない道を約１０分でホテル一階に到着しましたが 入口の表示は無く、一階駐車場が広がっているだけでした。付近を探し廻り通用口の様なドアがあり、そこを強くノックすると中にいた作業者の人が気づいてくれてホテルに入れた次第。

Just OK. Let down by poor staff training. Meal in black swan was chaotic due to new staff having to get on with it. Reception not passing on much info at check in and not being interested at check out. Room was ok with good bathroom. Lighting in bedroom was poor especially at this time of year.

unpleasant stay
I have booked a suite for my family, but we found the shower is not covered. When I explained to the receptionist that we need a family friendly room they downgraded my room and refused to refund the difference saying that the images on the site are clearly showing the shower doesn’t has a door or any cover. I have reviewed my booking through Hotels.com and no any image or information about this and my reservation mentioned clearly that my booking is for a family with kids. I am really feeling very disappointed of the way the manger of the shift managed this. I used to be a customer for Radisson blu in different countries, and I think they are loosing their loyal customers by this unprofessional way.

Slechte kamers, de bank die een bed werd was heel gevaarlijk. De zijkanten hadden allemaal metalen stukken die heel scherp en gevaarlijk zijn voor onze kinderen. Daarnaast hadden wij om een babybed gevraagd. Maar bij het uitchecken werd daar 25€ voor gevraagd. Dat was niet aangegevens van te voren. Ook was er geen deken en kussen in de babybed. Dat vind ik heel duur voor 1 nacht. Bijna iedere hotel vraagt daar geen geld voor en dit hotel wel. Nooit meer dit hotel. Dit is geen radisson blu service zoals ik gewend ben

I was expecting more from a Radisson Blu property. The worst thing was the location, it was shockingly bad. Desolate surroundings, and even though it wasn’t that far to walk to the centre you had to cross various highways and it didn’t feel safe either. No way would I have walked back to the hotel late at night! The room was also dirty in places and neither spacious nor luxurious. Staff, however, were amazing… friendly, efficient and personable.
