"We were alarmed when we pulled up to the property since the lawn didn't look like it had been mowed and the garbages were overflowing and torn up by rodents, there was a treehouse in the back that was boarded up with broken glass windows, the fire pit we were to use was completely rusted and collapsed rendering it useless. I had issues receiving the entrance code but customer service was very friendly. Once we got in the space looked clean. There was plenty of bedding and pillows for everyone to...

"Great place! It was clean when we arrived and there were no surprises. The photos in the ad are accurate in their presentation of the cottage and area. One small quibble is that the PaddleBoard is not easy to inflate so if you want good watercraft be prepared to bring your own. We had bad weather but the cottage was nice and cozy and we relaxed and read and ate and drank. Thanks!"

"Place was great. The only complaint we would have is that the lower level was quite chilly. An extra heat source down there in the winter would be good. It was a little chilly for the little ones. "

"We had such an excellent stay! House was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Loved having access to the water and that kayaks, paddle board, and raft were available along with lifejacket for all. Enjoyed a campfire with provided firewood and lots of seating. Would definitely come back. "

"This new property was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Ideally it would have direct water access, but the lake and marina are close by. We would definitely return and bring our kayaks next time to enjoy the lake."

"Honestly, just a beautiful cottage with gorgeous water and a lovely dock. Lots of trees, lovely sunsets/sunrises, a big fire pit — the place that had everything we needed and more. I can’t say enough about Brad’s place. We really loved our week here. Brad, too, was great, and made the check-in and check-out super easy.
