"We booked a 2 bedroom luxury apartment 24 hours before our stay we were asked for our phone number and then contacted by text to inform us that our accommodation had changed. As the rest of our trip was booked we did not have an alternative. We ended up in a studio flat in a not so nice part of town. We were also told that this was the same price but by no know means what we had booked"

"Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet und verfügen über einen Balkon. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage mit atemberaubender Aussicht aus den Fenstern. Die Zimmer sind auch makellos sauber und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit."
