"The rooms were clean and good . But the rooms are not getting cleaned after we checked in . We checked in for three nights and they were not ready to clean the rooms until we checked out . They said the cleaners were not available on holidays etc . But it was a little disappointing as we requested couple of times but nothing happened "

Location: 5/5. Very close to Woden Shopping Centre (which has Coles, Woollies, Hoyts movie theatre & lots of shops) and the Hellenic Club, lots of food choices nearby.
Bedroom: 4/5. Bed was firm, very comfortable. Side tables with lamps on both sides. Room very dark at night. Limited hanging storage. Had iron & (small) ironing board.
Staff: 4/5. Good. Assisted with extending stay...
