We loved this property! The dock was incredible - great for fishing and we even caught some big ones. The multiple outdoor spaces for lounging were wonderful. The days we visited were a little chillier so we weren't able to get in the pool but it was clean and inviting! The house was impeccable and very comfortable. The owner was very communicative and peasant to deal with. We wish we had another week there! We will definitely be back next time we are in Texas.

Amazing Lake House Getaway

The house and property were very beautiful and very well kept and very clean! Impressive even after seeing the pictures. The area is quiet and cozy, and lots of deer at this time. The girls enjoyed the water toys and there was plenty of room outside and inside. I would love to go back and stay longer!

Birthday Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our birthday weekend at Brad and Kim’s lovely home. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and dishes. And most importantly, the house was very clean. Kim was quick to respond when I had questions. The dock was a perfect place from which to fish and paddle board. We will definitely come back!

Weekend with family and friends...

We were in town for a local event and decided to get a vrbo to have some space and privacy. This house is exactly the way you see it in pictures if not better. We felt comfortable beds are comfy you have everything you might need. Owner is a message away. Owner notified me tha pool was green but we could still use it, if there was something wrong that might be the only thing but we still got to use it and had a great time! The views are amazing, sunsets and mornings are beautiful, really enjoyed the morning coffee out there. We will definitely try to book this place again in the near future.

The house was very nice and has plenty of beds. It was stocked with ample towels and linens. The pool was the perfect size for the kids. All of the patio doors have a great view of the pool and the lake. Kim was quick to respond from the beginning, and she was very attentive!

July 4th

We absolutely loved staying here. Kim was so helpful and on top of things. From the time we walked in we were loving it. It was decorated beautifully, clean and the view was spectacular. If I have anything to say that’s negative is we do a lot of vrbo and we would have love to have a few Tide pods for laundry to wash towels. We would have loved to have a little dishwashing detergent to wash pots and pans and trash bags for trash. Other than that we absolutely loved this place and will stay there again probably sooner than later. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you Kim for being such an amazing host.

I would give it ten stars.

Wonderful lake home with a beautiful view. It is stocked with everything you might need, impeccably clean, the beds are very comfortable, all appliances are new. The pool was definitely an added bonus for the times we were not on the lake. It is in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy a peaceful morning coffee on the deck by the lake. There is a nice dock to fish off of and we were able to dock our jet skis and boat. Kim was great with communication and prompt to answer any questions. Our family says this should be an annual summer trip.

4th of July annual lake trip

Very nice property. House was amazing stocked and had every piece of kitchen utensils needed to cook for the family for 5 days . Abundance of towels and bed linens. The pool off the back deck was amazing because the kids could be seen from every part of the lower floor inside the house . The boat dock was amazing just pull up flip a switch the boat is out of the water and waves and launch ramp made this amazing property even nicer and more convenient. The property is 30 min from Brownwood but not a big inconvenience if you plan accordingly. Just one bedroom on the lower floor if you have any family members that have problems with stairs may want to take that into consideration. The walk to the boat ramp from the house was very easy and sloped so no stairs . This property was meticulously constructed and there is plenty of seating for your whole family throughout the entire property. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself with a large group. I had instant response from the owner with any issues and communication was very good The only thing that would top this property would to have a hot tub.This is our eighth year going to Lake Brownwood for the Fourth of July and this was by far the nicest property we have ever stayed at and we could even see the Fourth of July firework show from the back on the property. Definitely would love to come stay agin at this lovey home .
