"We really enjoyed our stay. Terry made everything so easy. The studio apartment felt large, was clean, great surroundings, it was wonderful. The only reason for our 4-Star rating is that we also needed to do some work during our stay and the internet was very spotty, which required us to adjust our plans a bit. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line. "We were visiting the area for a track meet at OSU. This place was easily accessible from OSU and Philomath is a cute pocket community with nice little restaurants. We really enjoyed Dirt Road Brewing which was just around the corner from the house. We had multiple adult couples and the house was perfect for that. Plenty of room with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms with nice big beds. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area!"
