"Perfect peaceful oasis in the city. We had a perfect experience. James and Amy are excellent communicators and made us feel valued and welcomed. I wish we could have stayed longer. The house is stunning but the wall of windows overlooking the Ohio River are the crowning jewel of the property. We enjoyed cooking, watching movies, and watching the wildlife from every part of the house. Amazing property!"

"I would suggest getting a full length mirror, so people can check out their whole outfits when they get dressed. Also a mat at the entrance of the building cause when its raining its slippery & one for the patio (inside), cause when its raining its slippery when you come back inside. Other than that everything was great. The place was extremely clean & the host was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again when I visit, if there's availability"

"Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy."

"As this is a new hotel, all the appliances furniture and equipment is new. We had an excellent rest at this hotel. The property was clean and the instructions were clear on how to proceed with all the trash, laundry etc. It was silent at night and the shared spaces were clean and new.The personnel and staff were so helpful and went beyond to ensure we had a good stay. We are for sure comming back to stay there."

"The stay was comfy and cozy and exactly, what was needed for our quick weekend stay. Its conveniently close to many things. Communication was good. Just lots of scuff marks and dents/scratches on walls and furniture that I took pics of before even dropping luggage off. Just to make sure it's not charged. But everything was provided, shower is lovely. Bed is comfy. It was good"
