The space

Inside, you'll find a calming, light-filled space thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The cottage features a premium king bed with soft layered bedding, a cosy lounge with sofa bed, Smart TV and Wi-Fi for quiet evenings in. Sleeps up to 4 guests.

The kitchenette includes a cooktop, microwave, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, while split-system heating and cooling keeps the space comfortable year-round.

Step outside to your own private enclosed courtyard — perfect for a morning coffee, sunset drinks or unwinding after a day exploring the island.

We recommend hiring a car to explore the island at your own pace. The Sealink Ferry arrives into Penneshaw, approximately 45 minutes from the cottage.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire cottage, including private entry, driveway and enclosed courtyard. There are no shared guest spaces.

Things to know

Fifty on Third sits alongside one other home on the property (currently unavailable for bookings), with its own separate entrance and driveway for privacy.
