Ice machine broken and the ice from staff was very little. No hot tub because of vomit. No hot water for showers at night and in morning. Very expensive room for such poor quality.

Great room. The staff was wonderful. They even cleaned my room and made up the bed and we didn't ask them on the first morning. We left them a tip. The staff also made sure that local florist flowers that I'd ordered got into the room before we got there for a surprise for my GF. Pool was okay too. ...
