"Beautiful, spacious renovated old mill. Great outdoor space overlooking private stream. Luxury bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Large kitchen, dining room and 2 lounge areas. An amazing stay with everything you could possibly want in a quiet, secluded area, close to Whitby. Would thoroughly recommend and wiuld definitely stay again if in the area. "We stayed for four nights during May Half Term. The flat was perfect for our needs with everything we needed for a family of four. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and we enjoyed the views from the windows. The location is fantastic being just a short walk into town and the beach. We always found a parking spot nearby but sometimes it took a little while for one to become available. Communication from Kerry was fantastic, thank you for a wonderful stay."

"We had a super stay and it was ideal for our mixed family group. Very well equipped and beautifully appointed. Our only disappointment was the lack of the BBQ as we had meals planned and food bought! After discussion with the host we bought a small BBQ which we have left at the property so that no one else will be in our position!"

"The house was everything we hoped for and more. The decor is spot on and there can't be many houses in Whitby with a better vista. The only thing I would say though is that it is very difficult to load and unload...Church St car park was packed so we had to use the Abbey car park which is a gruelling up/downhill slog for the less fit/able. Be prepared to travel very light as you can't get close to the property with a car. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return."

"A lovely welcome by receptionist and an upgrade to a superior room was very nice. Lovely staff at breakfast too, especially Stephen. Food at breakfast was lovely. Rooms are a bit dated and in need of some decoration but bedding lovely and clean. Pool nice but spoilt by younger generation who didn’t know how to behave in a spa pool. Parking next to hotel really easy. £6/night. Pay at reception. "
