"We spent 4 days at this location, and the rooms were not serviced once. Considering the cost for two rooms we felt this was pretty poor. The staff member at reception on arrival was quite rude and made the check in process a less than pleasant experience.
The rooms have a hot plate but nothing to actually cook with. Rubbish bin only had one bag and whilst replacements were available at reception you had to continually be asking for items such as clean towels, bathroom amenities etc. This...

"The biggest problem was the breakfast. Very poor quality on offer for the price. The machine coffee was terrible. I made one cup and tipped it in the garden. Also UHT milk used for cereal rather than fresh milk.
We'd have been better just going to STK at the Seaview Shopping Centre down the road. The food there run rings around the Oaks."

"The room was comfortable and the staff were very good.
The bus service located just near the property was very convenient.
The breakfast and the meals in general in the property cafeteria was very disappointing.
Not great value for money for what you get."
