I had a hard time navigating to leave a message and the only messages I received were sent in February, months before my May attempts to communicate. "You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set."

"Nice new apartment upstairs of the garage. It’s a spacious single room (except the bathroom of course), nicely laid out with pleasant lighting through windows looking out towards the trees. The “kitchen” is minimal: a dorm-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, water kettle and coffee maker. Sufficient for our needs but not enough for an extended stay. Given that the rental is a one-room studio with laminate flooring, the pet fee seemed a bit steep, but the apartment itself was a good bargain...

"Great place, comfortable and clean. My father slept in the bedroom and said the bed was pretty comfortable. My husband and I slept on the pull out sofa, it wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped but it was suitable for a night. A curtain on the door would be nice for people who sleep on the pullout sofa, the light coming from the streetlamp across the street is quite bright. "
