"Felix was very helpful when I needed to reach out to find the house (I typed the wrong address into GPS, not his fault in the slightest). The house was very comfortable and clean. My draw back was the lack of TV's in the bedrooms, I'm someone who is used to sleeping with the TV on. He does live upstairs, so occasionally you'll hear some noise above, but it was never to loud to be distracting and it wasn't late at night either. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area."
