The rooms were all roomy and well kept, the view was incredible and unbeatable, kitchen had everything needed. We had a beautiful stay celebrating our wedding, it was perfect. We would love to come back!

Pluses: wow the view! Great hot water, good beds, kitchen has everything you need. Great communication with host Minuses- the acoustics are a problem. They removed the carpets fairly recently, and the sound bounces horribly. Like you can’t chat with someone in the loft or kitchen without making it impossible to talk in the living room. Maybe some wall hangings would help?The bedrooms have no dressers or shelves- just luggage stands and closets wjth hangersThe ovens either don’t work or are too complex to figure out how to work them.

Very Comfortable with Fantastic Views!

The house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and everyone loved the beds and bedding. We all slept well and everything we needed was supplied. The owner was very responsive to my questions during the stay and the location was very central to everything we wanted to do. We saw whales the first day from the patio! They returned several times during our stay, which was exciting for all of us. The views and the sunsets amazed us every day! A few of us had severe seasonal allergies that we didn’t anticipate, and the house does not have central air, so keep that in mind if you have them. All-in-all one of our favorites - and we have rented VRBO homes in many places, including outside the US.

Stunning views

We stayed here with our family of 6 six kids, ranging from 1-14 and our friends with kids 10-16. The house was so nice, it was peaceful to sit outside watch the ocean and listen to the waves.

Great house and casita to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 5 children. So easy to drive the 5 minute trip to Harris state beach! Excellent sunset patio during cocktail hour!

Breathtaking Viewe

The house was spectacular and every bedroom had a gorgeous view of the ocean in the main house. The house was also equipped with every appliance and gadget you would need to cook with. Sharyn was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Cliff House Stay

Overall a wonderful place to stay. Cleaning staff could have done a better job on main house refrigerator, wine cooler and washer and dryer tops. Also, there is apparently no recycling for bottles, cans and paper products which seems odd. We would definitely stay here again.

Best vacation home

We brought our expanded family together to stay at this beautiful home. It had a lot of room, incredible views, and was a beautiful home. We walked to the beach, went to the monthly art walk, and sat in the back yard staring at the waves. I would come back again. I loved the town and the house. Thank you.

Awesome property

I debated renting this property vs others in the area for a while before committing, but never looked back and glad I didn’t! Waking up to the sounds of the ocean right out back was incredible. Everyone who came along on the trip couldn’t stop talking about what a great choice we made and how thrilled they were with the house and the amazing views (bonus! We got to see some otters playing out on the rocks). The info binder also gave us a good chuckle.

Gorgeous home with amazing view--great memory maker

The pictures do not capture the beauty of this fantastic home! Priceless views of the ocean from almost every room took our breath away. The kitchen was equipped with a large assortment of top quality pans, knives, and lots of dishes. All of the appliances worked perfectly and were in wonderful condition. We could not have been more pleased. The location is close to a large Fred Meyer where we could get everything we needed. Harris State Beach is a very short drive away. Kayaking with South Coast Tours was a highlight. We also had a group walk of the 1.7 mile round trip on the Oregon Redwood Trail was fun for the grandkids as well as the adults. Lone Ranch Beach is a great place for visiting tide pools at low tide. We built great memories together for with our adult children and their families. I highly recommend this amazing home that is worth every penny!! We are very grateful these gracious hosts shared their home with us.

Vacation paradise

We stayed in this rental a year ago & enjoyed it so much we returned this year. We love Brookings & this rental fit for all of our needs! Aside from the stunning view & spacious house it’s a peaceful place to just be. Had a hiccup w the trash collection, contacted the host & the problem was remedied within the hour. We would highly recommend this rental & who knows, we may be back next year!!

Another Beautiful Time

This is the second time I have stayed in this beautiful property, and it was simply wonderful, again!! The incredible setting overlooking the Pacific and perfect interior space brought everyone a sense of tranquility. This home lacks nothing. We will be back.

A Magical Stay

My family and I (8 people), stayed here the week of my wedding. We eloped in the Redwood forest, and needed a place nearby to accommodate our family and provide a lovely setting for our upcoming nuptials. The stay here was awesome. The home lived up the name: STUNNING MODERN Cliffhouse. We 'got ready' for the ceremony here, and the views made it spectacular. Also, there is an incredible speaker system throughout the house to get the vibes right. The kitchen is large, open and well-stocked with any equipment you'd need. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were super clean, and the showers were... chef's kiss! The steam room.. absolute game changer! Our moms stayed in the casita for a little privacy and some quiet time. Everything was amazing. Some cliff side yoga, some lawn badmitten-- we were well entertained. We also saw some deer and a skunk come through the yard. GORGEOUS PLACE for a larger family to gather :)
