We had a view of the ocean and habor. Enjoyed drinking coffee early in the morning and watching the boats going out to sea. The house is beautiful and comfy. Places to shop and eat very close by, walking distance. Would most definitely stay again. We met Bobbi at her shop, she was pleasant,friendly and funny. Michael responded quickly to our messages. best breakfast for us was Matties pancake house, we also enjoyed the Hungry Clam on the harbor. Delicious ice cream just over to right side. We didn't enjoy Foxys too much, food just ok and im being nice, service not so great at all. And the bathroom unusable.

Wonderful short family vacation

We enjoyed the home and close proximity to everything that Brookings has to offer. The landlords were cordial, professional and had a spectacular home with a fantastic view of the river and ocean. Everything in the home was comfortable and easy to find and use. The hot tub was a definite plus!

Fishing Paradise

We were in Brookings for a salmon fishing trip. The house was located right there on the harbor, which made it easy to get to the boat each day. Highly recommend this home if you’re in the area.

Had a great time

The house was very clean and inviting. The hot tub is in the garage that also has the owners private items in it. We would have rather had the hot tub outside where we could see the ocean. There could have been more kitchen towels. The white shelf in the lefthand guest bedroom is not attached to the wall and a toddler pulled it over and luckily it was caught by his mom with no harm. The trash cans being full was slightly inconvenient, but the owner did the best he could to help. The house was very nicely decorated, well furnished, wonderful view and we all had a great time.

Awesome vacation

Great out-of-the-way way location with great views and about a 2 minute drive to the beach. Hosts were awesome, easy to contact, and very responsive. We even had a couple of times played for us. Will stay again!

GREAT HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

This is a very nice place. The ocean and harbor views are beautiful. The floorplan is perfect for enjoying with a small or medium size group and there is plenty of outdoor space.

Sisters weekend

4 sisters (golden girls) stayed at this house for 3 nights. It was so comfortable and cozy. We used the hot tub, enjoyed beautiful sunsets, cooked a bit, ate out at places nearby, enjoyed a jet boat ride on the Rouge, played games, and so much more! Thank you Bobbi for the warm welcome and making check in and out friendly and seamless! We love your place and had a wonderful time. Oh and the beds and the showers were awesome! 3 comfy bedrooms with king sized beds is almost unheard of. I also loved the decor in the house. Such a fun place. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Great adventure base

We rented the house for a couple of nights after a Rogue River trip. It’s close to hiking, surfing, and beautiful beaches. There are also some good food options nearby. A rooster and highway noise may be bothersome if you’re sensitive to noise. Comfortably sleeps 8 but if a tight-knit group, could do more. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Bobbi communicated promptly when anything was needed.

Best vrbo ever!

Everything was extra clean and working. Plenty of clean towels everywhere. House and view are understated. The experience over delivers. The private hot tub is the cherry on top. Great job!!

Beautiful View

This home is exactly as shown in the listing. The home is very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with Bobbi. This home sits on a bluff above Brookings Harbor, There is normal traffic noise from 101 plus the Harbor but did not affect our stay. We would stay in this home again if we were in the area.

Fantastic Everything

We started the night here after a 221 mile relay running race. The house has everything we needed: Hot tub, a comfortable place for everyone to sleep, great views of the ocean/marina, walking distance to restaurants (if we had that kind of energy), and plenty of space for us to gather and tell stories about our horrible pace/runs. Check in was easy and the host was friendly/helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if back in town.

Good for Day Trips to Redwoods and Oregon Coast

We adore the Oregon coast and had never made it to this area so we planned a weekend here. The home is lovely, well appointed, and with plenty of space for a much larger group. This was perfectly located for trips along the coast and south to the redwoods. Between the local attractions and our daily visits from the deer in the yard, our time was filled with Mother Nature and the great outdoors. The host communicated promptly and appropriately. Overall, this was a great visit. One note, if you are looking for direct access to the ocean and leisurely home to sand walks then this may not be for you. The home is on a cliff and below it is an array of commercial harbor properties including tourist shops and a seafood processing plant. We didn’t realize that until we got the address and mapped our route. The cannery is pictured in one host photo. At night, it has bright lights and noise. Despite that, we felt a bit removed from everything as we had hoped.
