Nice and quiet location
We stayed here for the THSBA state tournament which was nice because of the parking and how close it was to town. Quick and easy check in and out which we like. We would highly recommend staying here anytime your in town.

Great Location
The keurig coffee maker didn’t work and the gas barbecue pit didn’t work properly, otherwise great house. Only reason for four star review. Water is low so you currently can’t access by boat.

Perfect Thanksgiving with the family!
We have family that lives near this home but we needed more space for our holiday getaway. The home had the perfect amount of space for 7 of us to all stay comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our holiday dinner, it made for a perfect get away for us. The fun space in the garage was an added bonus for the kiddos! We would definitely return in the future. Hopefully during the warmer months to where we can pull the boat up.

Five star lake house and five star hosts
We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have picked a better place to do that. The house the view neighborhood all were amazing. We felt like it was our home. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Great Place!
Very nice home in a great neighborhood. The water was 5 1/2 feet low but with blessings from the neighbor we were still able to keep our boats in the water all weekend.

Yes this fall 2023 season the lake has been down from the draught. However I am glad to see that you found out that you can still leave your boat in the water. Thanks for the great review and hurry back!

Awesome place!
This home was clean and suited our family for a weekedn getaway. There are a lot of activities at the home and it is on the lake. The level of the lake was down during our stay but no one can control that! We had a great time and the owners were quick to respond to questions and assist with our stay! If we head back this direction this will be our first choice of accomodations!!

Thanks for the 5 star review! Yes due to the drought the water is down. If you decide to come back to Rayburn we have another house on the other side of the lake on the big water. The View on the the big water is Id 3272092.

Friends getaway
Property was just as pictured! Loved the outdoor space! The outside round table & chairs were rusty & several of the chairs needed maintenance, other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & everyone had a great time.

The Cove House
This was our second year staying at this property and it was perfect for our group. I love how this house has a family feel as soon as you step in the front door. The area was quiet for the much needed relaxation on the water. We will definitely be back next summer!

Great weekend on the lake
The House was everything it was advertised to be. We had a great weekend of fishing and spending time with family and friends. Being able to leave the boats in the water all weekend in a protected cove was definitely a big plus. I will rent this property again in the future.

Getaway
The property was very nice. Right on the water, with a ton of extra stuff that came with it (ping pong, cornhole, all the pots/pans, towels,blankets, etc.). It was very welcoming with nice Christian music playing on the tvs. We got there a little early, but Everything was cleaned and ready. All in all, we had a great time.

Beautiful home on the lake .
Nice home , quiet area ,lots of out door space also. Have rented other homes, condos before but this home was so well equipped felt like home. Cooking utensils , plenty of plates ,baking items , everything you would need. Very clean and linens clean . Extra Frig in garage for cold drinks .

Our New Favorite Lake House
We had 3 generations and a dog for a weekend getaway. A good time was had by all! The house is on a large waterfront property, has a terrific patio and yard that is great for cooking out, hanging by the firepit or throwing a frisbee for the dog. The neighborhood is pretty and felt safe as we went for a long walk. The house was super clean and lots of comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and gadgets. The dining table was large for our shared meals. Loved the artwork that was created by one of the owner family members. Check in and out was easy. Truly our new favorite Lake house.

Relaxing weekend
The Brookeland home is very clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location. The owners are quick to respond and the home is stocked with all the kitchen items we needed, as well as a ping pong table and kayaks for the nearby lake. The neighbors are friendly and gave us a few tips on the lake. We enjoyed our long weekend watching birds, fishing and relaxing. We hope to return next year.

Fishing trip 2023
Renting this unit was smooth and easy! Everything that they advertised was spot on!! And it was an awesome untit. We had a great time, weather was great. It was so nice we were able to pull the boat up on the bank…it made easy access to lake!

Wonderful Venue
We had a fantastic time at this property. We had a club fishing tournament and the place is great for small gathering of friends. The outside space is first class for cooking and hanging out in the evenings. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sam Rayburn!

Great experience
This was our first time to rent a place on the lake. The house was in a great location, close to restaurants and local shopping. The water on the lake was low, so you couldn't bring the boat right up to the property; however, it was very close to the boat ramp which made it easy to get in and out quickly. In addition, the neighborhood had a community pool which you will have access to.. This was a nice touch if you didnt want to get in the water at the lake. I would definitely rent this place again.

Very clean, located near the water. No electrical outlets near the water for charging batteries. Plenty of amenities. Would rent again.

Thanks for the 5 star review. The closest outlet to charge batteries is on the back deck and is available with a 200 foot extension cord. Hurry back!

Amazing lake get away!

The Perfect, Relaxing Stay
Everything about this trip was just perfect! The house, location, and amenities were exactly as described. Everything was in really great shape and very clean. The house was well stocked on everything we could possibly need. Great location on the lake, private and quiet with great views. Really loved the kayaks and ping pong table! Great communication with the host. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back!

Great Location for bringing your boat and leaving it on the shore in a quiet protected cove.
We picked this home because it was listed as being on a very protected and quiet cove that only has a handful of homes on it with the ability to leave our boat in the water for added convenience and it was everything we had hoped for. The neighbors are very nice and the shoreline is shared with their property for where you leave your boat. When boating out of the cove you are right around the corner from watching the sunset over the islands in front of Sam Rayburn Marina Resort. If the lake isn't full it could be a challenge if your boat can't trim the motor/propeller up but the cove appears to be soft bottom with no tree stumps. The home has a big driveway but it is just a little uneven and can cause the boat trailer to drag slightly if you have a prop guard on the trailer. The grill out back was perfectly sized for cooking for two couples and two kids. The dinning room table was perfect for 6. There's two refrigerators which helps with storing extra ice or freezer packs. AC worked really well on 90+ degree days. We will always check availability for this location first before booking anything else on Lake Sam Rayburn with our boat. No WiFi, but Verizon and AT&T were very usable while we were inside the home.

Perfect Weekend
We enjoyed every minute of this weekend. The place was clean and provided everything we needed. The garage space with ping pong table was great, and the back yard including the deck was amazing. We enjoyed the firepit and waterfront access as well. Hope to stay here again in the future!
