"Very short overnight stay, wish we had time to stay longer and make use of the food options. It was very cosy, beds were excellent and very spacious. Parking was easy and felt safe and quiet. Would definitely return. Good value."

My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. "Lovely quirky hotel. Staff were fab. Food was lovely and best mussels I’ve had, beating many good French restaurants.
Bed was slightly uncomfortable as sloping a bit one way and a pillow menu would be good as I prefer really soft down ones. Good hot showers and loved the windows opening wide as sleep with fresh air even in winter so suited us well.
Loved the lounge to sit in quietly as well on a drizzly day. 10/10"

She checked me in, instructed me where to park my car, advised where to get dinner because they didn't provide evening meals, served my drink in the bar, laid my table for my brought in take away dinner and then cleared up and still managed to do some cleaning.
