Place is beautiful! Be ready for some dirt road riding to get there but so worth it!! Peaceful river views and everything exactly like described. Need to come back in the summer to enjoy the river more. Thanks for sharing your home!!!

Clean rooms, yes. Kitchen good. Entertainment good. Only thing was you had a fire pit with no firewood. We love sitting around a fire as long as permitted. I Combed the wood looking for something to burn, very frustrating.

The property was a beautiful cabin overlooking the mountain fork river. The cabin was dirty. Food and garbage behind can in cabinet, under recliner and beds were awful, hadn’t been dusted in forever!! Mini blinds were thick with dirt, master shower had mold in it. Sitting area down by river, was overgrown with weeds. When you pay this much for a nice cabin, you don’t want to sleep in filth.

Mt. For Hideaway

The property was amazing. River wasn't accessible but with all of the other amenities we stayed busy. Will definitely plan a trip in the fall to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit.

Less than expected

The cabin was rented mainly for the water access; however, due to a fallen tree it couldn't be accessed. I tried to reach out to the manager to see if there was another site where we could access and after multiple attempts finally received a message back saying he would send someone out to remove it...which never happened. Sign in book said for additional wood ask and it would be delivered...but found out later that was an additional 80. The amenities were shortcoming. Two "fully" stocked kitchens that we had to share supplies up and down the stairs. One had a coffee pot without a carafe. House sleeps 10 but had 6 wash cloths and the flies were horrible and naturally there was no spray. We enjoyed the company but wish the accommodations were a little more thought out.

The cabin is beautiful, well-built, and in a great spot right by the river. It has a peaceful charm, solid amenities like fast Wi-Fi, cold A/C, and plenty of hot water. The upstairs rooms are cozy, and most beds were very comfortable. The game room downstairs added fun for the whole family, and we even had nightly visits from a friendly raccoon a great surprise for the kids. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making the stay smooth overall.There were a few issues. Some bedding didn’t seem freshly cleaned there were hairs, debris, and some noticeable stains on sheets and pillows. The two downstairs bedrooms lack TVs and are only accessible from outside, which might not suit everyone but could work for teens or extra guests. The cabin feels remote in the listing, but there’s another cabin close by. During our stay, their guests played loud music late into the night, which disrupted the peace.The river location is great, but it’s also busy with fast boats some with loud music. The stairs down to the water were overgrown with poison ivy, and a fallen tree blocked river access. The cabin’s welcome binder felt a bit strict with rules and fines. Neighbor dogs stopped by often they were friendly, but it’s worth noting if you’re not comfortable with off-leash dogs. Directions to the cabin were also a bit outdated.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Nice Location

Cabin is beautiful, however you can only access the downstairs from using either balcony & stairs that are completely open to all the elements (& it poured during our stay). There’s no intercom or way to communicate from one floor to the other, so that was an incredible inconvenience during the rain. Just seemed like our party was more separated than we were expecting. Also the river access needs A LOT of clean up, as there is a downed tree in the way (which also took out the lower part of the stairs). All in all our group had a good time, but for the price I expected more upkeep and conveniences.

Stunning Property and Tons of Fun

This cabin is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, and fun. We were overwhelmed by the beauty and the amenities. Everything worked great!The property is a little ways southeast of Broken Bow, whereas the listing makes it seem like it's directly in Broken Bow. It was fine for us, as we enjoyed the quiet getaway. But it might not be what you're looking for if you're spending more time in Hochatown.That said, we loved all of the games, the fire pit, and the nicely stocked kitchen. It was fantastic.

Feedback and Safety Concern Regarding Your Property

We recently had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful house and wanted to share our experience with you. The cabin-like atmosphere of the property is truly charming, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. With a few upgrades, I believe it could shine even brighter. However, I feel it is important to bring to your attention a safety concern that we encountered during our stay. To our surprise, we discovered a loaded firearm on the premises, which was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. This discovery was unsettling, especially considering that we had teenagers in our group. While I am grateful that they did not come across it, the potential risks involved are concerning. I understand that oversights can happen, but the presence of a firearm goes against the no firearms policy outlined in your rules. It is crucial to prioritize the safety of your guests and ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue and prevent any similar occurrences. I appreciate your understanding and commitment to maintaining a safe environment for your guests.

Couples Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spacious, clean and stocked with the basics. Our group of 10, 5 couples were able to take advantage of the space. The guys really loved the downstairs area. Some suggestions, tv's in the two downstairs rooms, this being an all adult getaway some were opting to lounge in their room while watching tv. Another suggestion, on the listing include that there is no access to downstairs from upstairs, you must go outside to enter. Overall, the stay was great and I would recommend to others.

The overall stay was ok but a little disappointing for the amount we paid. Directions were a little confusing but we found it. The biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of it. The showers were dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere, bugs in the bed, and so dusty. The BBQ grill nearly blew up in our face. The last people who used it out charcoal in it and as we were lighting it the charcoal caught fire and blew up in our face. So maybe just make sure it’s cleaned out. Super scary! Thank you for having.us.

Couples Trip

Our first couples trip and it went so well. This house accommodated all 10 of us adults. We didn't have to leave the house not once, it had all that we needed. We had a small issue with the grill, but the host took care of it in a timely manner. Overall great house and perfect location, wpuld definitely stay again!
