CAMERAS
- Exterior cameras only: front door, front side exterior, and back exterior, for property security.
- NO cameras indoors, in bedrooms, in bathrooms, near the pool or hot tub.
- Cameras do not record audio.

NO EVENTS / NO PARTIES
- Total guest count must not exceed 16.
- No weddings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette events, or amplified-sound parties.
- Outdoor music must be off by 11 PM per county ordinance.
