We had to wash sheets before we could lay down in the beds.The couch cushions outside are disgusting with mildew on them . Several roaches in the kitchen. Few towels had make up on them. The hot tub was the best.

The cabin was very spacious for our group of 14. We did have a few issues, but I’ll start with the positives.**Pros:**The hot tub was large and easily fit 5–6 people, with towels provided. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Linens were clean, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. WiFi worked most of the time and didn’t impact our stay. The fire pit was large with ample seating, and the grill came with plenty of propane.**Cons:**The stove and oven were slow to heat; the oven took a long time to preheat, and the stovetop was slow to boil water. The bunk room toilet was clogged at check-in. We notified the host, and someone came the next morning and said a plumber would be needed. After following up, we didn’t receive a response, and the six guests in that room had to use other bathrooms for our three-day stay.**Needs attention:**The indoor fireplace stopped working on the last night. The back porch furniture appeared dirty/stained, so we didn’t use it. The back fireplace and TV were missing (mount was there). Some shower floors had dark spots and uneven cleaning lines. The upstairs bedroom near the dining area was consistently very warm, even with the thermostat lowered.Overall, we would recommend this place, but several items need improvement.

Stay was amazing, the home was warm and welcoming, beautiful surroundings. The home was clean and accommodating. The host made sure we were doing good throughout our stay and she provided all the necessities for the days we stayed. We would 100% book this home again.

Perfect house for 3 siblings/spouses/kids! Amazing kitchen and backyard with room for everyone! Tons of bathrooms, TVs, seating, etc. Host was super communicative and easy to get ahold of and had the house decorated for Christmas for us! Checkin was seamless and checkout was so easy!

We had 11 ladies from our church life group stay for a weekend retreat. The house was perfect for us! We all had a fantastic time. As the weather was great, we loved the fire pit and had a 'smores' party on one of the nights. We ventured into town for lunch and a little retail therapy, but all said we would have been just as happy staying that the house and making use of all of the available activities...putt-putt (great fun), corn hole, horseshoes, hot tub, shuffleboard. Thank you so much for having this house available!

First, with all these beautiful homes on this road how the heck can you all not demand they do something with Timbukto trail? The damage it does to our vehicles is crazy. I’ve seen roads in a war zone that aren't this bad. Also, the part about the house that truly frustrated us was the lack of tv outside over fireplace. My daughter and I are always early risers and so looked forward to sitting outside with our coffee watching the morning news. The response to this was unacceptable. We were sold on the property and this was a major draw for us. Also, having cut our feet several times on the hundred or so nails that were coming up on the deck was definitely a drawback especially with the little kids. you did respond to that immediately and it’s strange that no one ever told you about all these nails that were sticking up. The hot tub was beautiful when we got there one day after using it. It looked like it was a river. It got so bad so fast and we did apply the chemicals every day like instructed from underneath the sink. As far as the house and everything inside, beautiful, gorgeous, we loved it. We loved everything about this property and the owners, the road must be fixed and I think an instruction sheet on the hot tub, ac units etc would of helped. Also an FYI filter in fridge needs replaced, barely any ice made whole week there. I’d love to come back but never would with the road like that. Plus 25 hour drive just too long. Lol

Family Fun - 60th Birthday Trip

We had an amazing stay. The house was gorgeous and had plenty of room for our Family. I love how the hosts communicated with us with instructions and even to just check in with us on how our stay was going! The beds were super comfortable and the house was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and silverware! The children loved the shuffle board and putt-putt golf and the fire pit was perfect for s’mores!! The location is close to the lake and town if you wanted to explore but we had the most fun in the Cabin, preparing group meals and relaxing!!

Enjoyable Stay

Easy check in, all the amenities you need except bring any foil or ziploc bags you might need. There was plenty of supplies, pots and pans and utensils. Hot tub was clean, mini golf was great for the kids! Will stay again! I only took 2 pics we had so much fun!

The lead up and check in was well communicated. We had no trouble finding it and getting settled. It is a large property and didn't feel cramped with 14 people including small children. Our family usually gathers around food, so the kitchen being central and large, felt welcoming and accessible. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub a few times and the fire pit was a frequent resting spot. The rooms were well equipped and the kids really enjoyed the bunks.

Our family vacation.

Me and my family loved this house it was perfect for all 23 of us. If we ever go back to broken bow we definitely will stay here again. The open and spacious kitchen and the softest beds everrr were my favorite.

This was a wonderful house. We loved the large areas! No one ever was right on top of anyone! This house provided lots of space. We put the kids on one side and the adults on the other side! I would recommend this house 100%.

Family Getaway

We had an AMAZING time during our family reunion vacation! The house exceeded our expectations. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The seclusion in the woods was perfect. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and fast. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Broken Bow. Thank you for adding to our memories!!

Awesome stay

Place was super clean and easy to get to. Located just outside of town and very quiet. Owner stayed in touch with text and easily available. Wi-Fi works great.Plenty of space with great recreational activities outside(putt, horseshoes, cornhole). Fire pit was a nice touch with chairs. Spa on back deck put place over the top. Will definitely be staying here again. Easy access to beaver Park. Can't see enough good things about this place!

We spent the weekend here for a young adult church retreat and had an absolutely incredible time! The house had plenty of space for a big group and all of the amenities (shuffleboard table, mini golf, firepit, poker table, and more!) kept us very entertained!! We also cooked all of our meals there and the kitchen was very well stocked! Would highly recommend bringing your group here!
