Amazing property

Great cabin for our family of four. Our sons each had their own private suite which they loved. I appreciated the layout of the house-main house on one side and two suites on the other side connected by a breezeway. Host was very easy to contact. Loved the starter selection of coffee! Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of bath towels. Could use a few more dish towels- I could only locate one. Host provided plenty of laundry pods and toiletries. Don’t hesitate to book this house. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Christmas break 2023

My family of seven, ranging in age from 23-76 stayed in Simplicity in the Pines cabin for 3 nights. The cabin was as beautiful in person as shown in the photos. It was clean and well equipped for everything we needed, even enough games to keep us occupied on a rainy day! It was the perfect stress free, memory making get-a-way!

Beautiful!

Amazing cabin, it has everything and anything you need. Fully equipped kitchen with spacious living room. Also privacy at its best, the two separate rooms were a plus, with their own codes and bathrooms. I will stay here in a heartbeat. Location was great, in the heart of Broken Bow. The host was great, really quick to answer any needs that we encountered. You will not regret your stay here.

Beautiful Getaway Spot

The location is very convenient to many popular places, but you have peace and quiet at Simplicity! The split design with multiple (3) master suites was very nice for our family members that flew in from out of state. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great rental

Adorable rental! We had 4 adults and 5 kids and were very comfortable. The breezeway was my favorite spot to hang out and relax. The breezeway area has mesh roll up gates that are very convenient for keeping pets contained. We would definitely stay again.

Family Christmas

We really enjoyed our time at Simplicity of the Pines. It’s a beautiful cabin and fit our needs perfectly. We had our family Christmas at the cabin. Hochatown had a an issue where there was no water during the time we were supposed to arrive.. The owners communicated with us continually until we were able to get in the cabin.

Love simplicity in the Pines

We totally enjoyed our stay. Originally planned on going out on the lake every day but the cabin was so relaxing that we actually only went a couple times. My grandson loved the loft area to play and sleep in and the individual suites made the stay so much more comfortable for our family!! Will definitely come back asap!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful, well stocked, very clean and in a great location! We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and the great breezeway. The only concern is the entrance to the cabin, the gravel is very slippery and may cause you to fall, be very careful!

Perfection

We had the most amazing time in broken bow all thanks to this beautiful house that we stayed in! The outdoor living area was absolutely perfect and the inside spaces were so clean, neat, and the kitchen was so well-stocked with everything we needed to make our meals at home. The location of the house was so close to the hiking trails as well as great restaurants and shopping. Communication with the property managers was easy from start to finish and they were always there to answer any questions I had within an hour of me asking. Our family had a great time getting away and exploring this new little gem in Oklahoma. We will definitely be staying here again!
