The host was very responsive when I asked questions and even allowed me to adjust my days without questions. The house was the perfect size and layout for our group. We did a moms/daughters weekend. The girls had their own space and they could all be together in the loft. And the 4 king suites was key for the moms. Great house for 20 people.

We had such a wonderful time relaxing and celebrating our Mom’s 60th birthday! The house was beautiful and spacious. Our kids loved the creek, playground and games available!

Great property but needs some attention before the next guests - seems to have a roach infestation all throughout the kitchen, cabinets etc, the gas for the grill was empty, there was no guest book with information about hiking trails, restaraunts etc, and no checkout list for the property managers expectations

Great Accommodations in Broken Bow

This beautiful "cabin" on the creek was perfect to accommodate our large family of 17. The four master suites were great for the four adult couples and children filled the bunk room. The creek that runs on the back of the property was pretty and the kids had a great time trying to catch the minnows and crawfish. The biggest negative is an easy fix--the place was not as clean as it should have been. We arrived shortly after 3:00 and when we walked in there was still a faint smell of bacon but on the surface everything looked great. However, it did not take long to see that the floors were filthy, as the kids feet were black from running around inside barefoot, the baby was putting crumbs and candy wrappers found on the living room rug into his mouth, and there was a used bandaid found on the floor in one of the bathrooms--all this when we first arrived so we knew it was not from us! Also, we picked up a lot of trash outside between the cabin and the creek--water bottles, candy wrappers, paper cups. Again, addressing the cleaning issue should not be a big deal and we would still highly recommend this cabin for large groups.

Good but not as expected

When we arrived, the property was very unclean. This was from toothpaste on mirrors still, dirty cooktop, and to floors so dirty my kids feet turned black after baths and walking around. This was our #1 complaint and wouldn’t expect it with such a higher end property. It was a newly built cabin as of 2020 and within a year you could tell that it was ran down far more than 1 year of use should. The oven even went out on us while trying to cook thanksgiving dinner. We loved the area and outdoors aspect of it though. We made the best of it though.

Fantastic creekside property

The images downplay how nice this creek is; our kids had an amazing time. The area is really nice and the seclusion was perfect for a weekend getaway. The wifi had some issues, but it may have been due to the number of devices we had at once: 15+ phones in addition to the 6 TVs and security system as well as 2 laptops.

Best place for a girl’s trip

We rented the house for my sister’s bachelorette party. We had twenty women, they all had plenty of space to spread out, get ready and sleep. I would definitely stay in the house again!

Awesome cabin

We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin was very roomy and had everything we needed. The upstairs AC wasn’t working when we arrived and I was nervous about calling the management company at 5 pm on a Saturday but they were very responsive and had it fixed in an hour! We would love to stay here again!!

Mini Family getaway and anniversary celebration

Pictures do not do this home justice. It was breathe taking. Everyone from 3 to 70 something had fun. We enjoyed walking the creek, sitting on the back patio, relaxing in the hot tub, watching wildlife pass by, playing shuffleboard, pool and fooshball not to mention the fort, swings and fire pit. Can’t wait to book again! Thanks so much!

Great property but the smell ruined it!

This was a great property for our group of four families. The bunk room was amazing and the four master bedrooms worked well for all the adults despite the beyond uncomfortable bowed mattresses. The cabinets were well stocked with supplies. Everyone had enjoyed themselves but it was heartbreaking the smell from the septic was so offensive that it made it almost unbearable! The management came out to try to fix it but it was never resolved. For the amount of money that was spent I never imagined we would have this issue, it truly put a damper on my husband’s 40th birthday celebration!
