Hosts are great, very attentive and nice. Cabin is very nice. My only gripes are the road the cabin is on is riddled with deep potholes and larger rocks which makes it a rough road to travel on when going to and from town unless you're in a truck. Also, the bed must be fairly new or it’s suppose to be extremely firm. I personally can’t sleep on very firm beds since I have broad shoulders and like to sleep on my side. I would assume most people prefer a plush bed. A mattress foam topper would do that bed wonders. All in all, we had a good time. The lack of sleep did put a bit of a damper on doing more the 2 days we were there.

Happy Moon is an absolutely a wonderful place for a couple to stay! Decor is great! Furniture and bed are very comfortable! Lots of windows and light! This was our 2nd visit to this property and we will return again!

Perfect for the two of us. Host was very attentive. Property was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. A/C chilled the cabin well in late June. Close enough to town but far enough away to feel secluded. Loved the jacuzzi on the back patio with tv available. It was a great spot to chill. Keurig was appreciated. Wildlife was amazing!

We loved the property. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I will say the mattress is very firm, so if you don’t like a firm mattress, you may want to bring a mattress topper with you.

Great Experience

Happy Moon Happy Vacation

Excellent stay for anniversary and getaway

Could not have picked a better getaway with better hosts and cabin. It was easy to find , very well kept, they were easy to reach if needed. We brought our groceries with us as we were just driving from Texas and I would highly recommend this as there’s not a lot of places too close by but they even recommended this as well. In all, it was a really great stay and we would definitely book again!

Peaceful getaway but not to far from zip line, ATV, good food and beautiful wood area. Great host & the cabin is clean well stocked and comfortable. We had a red bird flying around the top windows from time yo time, but we didn’t mind! It gave a more nature vibe and he was beautiful.

20th Wedding Anniversary

Wow! Staying in your cabin has been thoroughly enjoyable! From snuggling up for a movie in front of the fireplace, to relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking, and waking up to the most glorious view from our bed, you captured all the luxuries one could ask for. It was absolutely perfect and a great way to celebrate and relax. We will definitely be back!

Great trip

It was everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We loved the fireplaces, huge windows and outdoor area. Even with neighbors on both sides, we still felt like we had enough privacy. The hosts were super helpful when finding us a great spot to watch a meteor shower that we realized was happening.

Amazing couple retreat!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! I was sad to only be spending a long weekend there. It's Definitely the kind of place you never want to leave! Beautiful pine trees everywhere. The whole cabin is well labeled and organized. They have literally thought of everything.The hot tub and fireplace on the patio were a nice bonus! We were also really grateful for the outdoor NEMA 14-50 plug, as we were able to bring a charger for our car. Hochatown has so many neat shops and breweries. We are already planning another visit to come back with our son. Keep in mind that the road is gravel with pot holes. We just took it slow and it was just fine. As someone who grew up in rural Oklahoma, that's to be expected out in the woods though! We would most definitely stay here again. My favorite VRBO so far!
