Good to Know Before You Book Pet Policy Up to 2 dogs are welcome per cabin with a $150 pet fee per cabin, with a maximum of 6 dogs total across the property.
Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.
EV Charger Information Each cabin includes a 240V EV charger for guest convenience. Guests should bring their own adapters and charging cables to ensure compatibility. Additional fast charging stations are also available nearby at Choctaw Casino.
Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.
Event Policy Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.
Pool Heating Information Pool heating is available for $75 per night per cabin and must remain on for the full stay once selected. Guests should contact the property ahead of arrival to arrange pool heating. Chilling the pools is available at no additional charge.
Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours before arrival. Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in are subject to a $50 surcharge and can only be handled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Pools are heated to a maximum of 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Pool heaters can generally increase the water temperature by about 30 degrees above the outside air temperature.
Pool heating fees are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions or usage. In extreme cold weather, typically between December and February, pool heat is less effective, especially when temperatures fall below 60 degrees. Pool heating cannot be used when weather is below 60 degrees, and pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, so requests during those times will be declined.
Wildlife Viewing A deer feeder is set up on the property for animal viewing.
Nature & Environment One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.
Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.
During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.
Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.
We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.
What To Bring We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.
Starter Supply Details Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:
- Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags - Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent - Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar) - Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed
These items are intended to get your stay started and are not restocked.
WiFi Disclaimer WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not considered an essential service of the property. Because cabins are located in rural wooded areas, connectivity and speeds may vary due to weather conditions or regional outages.
Fireplace Disclaimer Fireplaces are available seasonally from October through April for guest enjoyment.
Closing It Takes A Village is a rare Broken Bow stay that feels playful, polished, and built for group memory-making. Between the pools, porches, and pines, it gives your stay more to do while still keeping the atmosphere peaceful and rooted in the woods.
